This cosy one-bedroom house includes a spacious terrace in the back garden and is only 650 metres from the beach in Noordwijk aan Zee. Flip Flop features light décor and has a living room with flat-screen satellite TV and a DVD player. The kitchen includes a small gas stove, a refrigerator as well as a toaster and kettle. Zomerhuis Flip Flop has a bedroom in the attic and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and heated towel rail. The Keukenhof gardens are 15 minutes’ drive from Flip Flop Zomerhuis. The house is also only a 10-minute drive from the Noordwijkse Golfclub. Leiden, featuring the Hortus Botanicus, is less than 25 minutes away by car. Free public parking is available nearby. It was well equipped and clean. Just a short walk to the car park, beach (five minutes), town centre 10 minutes. Very convenient for The Kuekenhof Gardens, bulbfields and Amsterdam. The bed needs to be further away from the roof, so that you can sit up properly.

Wie schon einige Gäste vor uns wurde die Sauberkeit und die Freundlichkeit des Vermieters gelobt. Das können wir nur bestätigen. Super- Sauber und die Vermieter immer "Gewehr bei Fuß" wenn irgendetwas ist. So war bei unserer Ankunft die Gasheizung ausgefallen, als Notlösung wurden 3 Elektro-Heizlüfter bereitgestellt. Die Kaution war bereits am letzten Tag unseres Aufenthalts in Holland wieder auf unserem Konto in Deutschland. Sehr zu empfehlen. Für zwei Personen absolut ausreichend, für mehr kann es knapp werden. Der Satelitenempfang mit deutschem tv war auch optimal, alle Sender hintereinander programmiert und rund 40 an der Zahl. Für alles rund um das Haus daher Bestnoten.

De netheid van de hele accomodatie en de uitgebreide keukeninventaris. Het matras had zijn beste tijd gehad:redelijk doorgezakt.We misten het tweede toilet boven.Wel een senseo apparaat maar geen gewoon koffiezetapparaat.

Het bed de keuken en keukenuitrusting zijn goed. De kamer is erg klein en de bank die er staat heeft geen zitcomfort. De kussens glijden uit de bank en de bank is te klein. De terrasstoelen zitten ook niet echt lekker. Er is geen koffiezetapparaat maar een Senseo. Wij zijn van mening dat er je echte koffie moeten kunnen maken in een huisje. Douchen beneden en tandenpoetsen, scheren etc. boven is ook niet echt handig. De ligging van het huisje is ook niet mooi. Er is geen privacy als je op het teras zit. Vanaf de straat kijken mensen zo op het terras. Voor hetgeen er wordt geboden vinden wij de prijs van 75 euro per nacht te veel.

Het zag er allemaal goed verzorgd ja dat er geen gordijn in de keuken was en dat je op de tv maar weinig kanalen had hadden dus meer kanalen moeten zijn vooral voor de kinderen

Het huisje was erg netjes en schoon. Het interieur was mooi en netjes afgewerkt. Er was digitale tv aanwezig + gratis draadloos internet. Parkeergelegenheid op een redelijke loopafstand en het strand lekker dichtbij! In de straat achter het zomerhuis werd een huizenblok gerenoveerd. Dit zorgde 's ochtends soms voor wat herrie.

Helle, freundliche Ausstattung. Gute Betten. Netter Vermieter. TV und Kaffeemaschine. Grundausstattung vorhanden wie Toilettenpapier, Küchenrolle, Milch, Kaffee, Handtücher, Bettwäsche. Parkausweis für Gäste im Preis enthalten. Keine Weingläser, zu wenig Teelöffel.

It was clean and well equipped. There was even a Senseo coffeee maker. We had to go downstairs for the bathroom, which is a bit uncomfortable in the middle of the night.

Die Beschreibung stimmen in allen Punkten. Nettes kleines Häuschen. Im ( wahrscheinlich ) benutzten Bettzeug und in den Handtüchern waren 3 cm lange schwarze Haare. Die Heizung in Wohnbereich ging alle halbe Stunde aus , so das morgens nach den Aufstehen und abends nach den Heimkommen es eiskalt war. Mann musste jede halbe Sunde aufstehen und die Heizung neu starten. Die Kaution von 75 € sollte nach 10 Tagen zurück überwiesen sein, es sind schon 16 Tage. Schade sonst wäre es ein schönes verlängertes Wochenende gewesen.
