Cancellation
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of EUR 35.00 will be charged.
If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and extra beds
One child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
One further child under 12 years is charged EUR 25.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.
Maximum capacity of total guests in a room is 2.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
Deposit
50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
Pets
Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

Location and the staff were excellent. Nice cafe for afternoon or evening beverages. Very good breakfast included in price - with wonderful view of the ocean in the dining room. The rooms are a bit dated, but are clean and well-maintained. |

De ligging van dit hotel is werkelijk subliem: direct aan zee. Vanuit de kamer hoor je hem ruisen...Zeer vriendelijk ontvangst. Verrukkelijk ontbijtbuffet met idem uitzicht! Jammer dat er geen waterkoker en kopjes op de kamer aanwezig zijn - en ook niet kwamen op verzoek. |

Hotel liegt unmittelbar am Meer und doch auch zentrumsnah. Das alle Zimmer einen Balkon haben. Während des Frühstücks einen tollen Blick nach draußen zu haben. Keine Minibar auf dem Zimmer. Teppichboden empfinde ich als nicht sehr hygienisch. Die Gänge zu den Zimmern sind zu dunkel (Farbe zu dunkel). Hellere Farben sind gemütlicher und freundlicher. |

Der Frühstücksraum und das Fühstück waren sehr gut unser Zimmer in Paterre waren für diesen Preis viel zu klein, im Teppich waren Flecken, das ganze war, aus meiner Sicht, geschmacklos/lieblos eingerichtet. |

L'hôtel ne peut être mieux situé. On est très bien accueilli. Le décor est très simple mais très bien choisi. Et de pouvoir prendre le petit-déjeuner on pouvant regarder la mer. Qu'est-ce qu'on veut de plus. Notre chambre était très bien avec une petite terasse et un petit jardin. Et sutout c'est calme. J'y retournerai ..... |
