Family run hotel, the owners are very kind and helpful

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The apartment was clean and quiet and situated in a very lovely area/ neighborhood. Only a 10 minute walk to the beach, 25 minutes drive to Keukenhof Gardens. There was a breakfast buffet for 10 euros in the morning and there was light snack food and drinks in the evening.

We stayed in the apartment with two small children, and there was an extremely steep staircase that I was afraid they were going to fall down. There was no gate, so I had to push the sofa against the stairs to keep the kids away. The owner and I talked about this, and he said he would get something for the staircase so that it would be safe for children.

So friendly and great location. Breakfast was so good even for a fussy American! I have already referred friends there!!!

Room is a tad bit sparse and may be chilly in the winter!

Good price, good service, free parking

King staff that really makes you feel at home. A quiet hotel and well located. Everything was quite clean.

The staying room was randomly closed.

The staff was very helpful and professional. The style of the hotel is like a family pansion, the level of services is like a well-run big hotel. The breakfast is excellent, the rooms are clean. Free wifi and wired internet with security. The possibility to chose from two free rooms upon arrival. The beach and the shops are only 2 minutes by car. When I visit Netherlands for the next time I will stay here again. The prices are reasonable, I would not say it "economy" but amongst Dutch hotel prices it is quite good.

One small thing: the bed moved too easily when I sat down.

I liked the family atmosphere and the sweetness of the owner. I will recommend this hotel for any stays even if the traveller needs to be in ams,, if you have a car the trip is smooth and not a lot of traffic.

Poor standard of room. No maid service at all 1 day. Very limited amount of and poor quality toiletries. Poor standard of bed linen. Required to pre-pay upon arrival - never a good sign.

A l'écart du centre ville, dans une très jolie rue. 5mn à pied de la plage. Accueil sympathique. Petit déj copieux.

Petit hic au niveau du mitigeur de la douche: difficulté à obtenir la température désirée.

Freundlichkeit kann man sehr positiv beurteilen.

Die Waschgelegenheiten waren sehr dürftig und sehr eng gehalten. Sauberkeit wäre in den Nasszellen auch zu wünschen. Das Angebot zum Frühstück hätte vielleicht einen Pluspunkt mehr gegeben, wenn außer einer sehr fetten Wurst und in Hollands Reichhaltigem Käseland mehr im Angebot gewesen wäre. Rundum...das Preis - Leistungverhältnis stimmt nicht.
