We stayed with the entire family (two adults and two small kids) in one of their split-level appartments. The dunes and the beach are just a short walk away. |

Good breakfast. Spacious room. Good situation for cycling or walking near the beach. A bit humid ans stuffy room -maybe a water damage. |

Very near of the beach. Good breakfast buffet. Very outdated. The interior of the hotel was from 1970s, and nothing has been done thereafter. |

The Beach, the beach club, the lounge bar, the food at the beach club. A good bed, nice staff, clean room and bath room, nice location, good breakfast buffet. Poor a la carte restaurant, no value for money, No ice machine, no fridge at the room, no cold drinks, wallpaper damaged, hanhing loose on the walls. Poor value for your money, lucky they have the beach club |

Restaurant and bar was excellent I asked for a room with seperate beds and did not get it. I also asked for another blanket as I don't like to share one blanket with a room mate. I became another blanket but in the end, I had to pay 40,- € for it and nobody told me that, it was just on my bill. |

Nous avons aimé le confort, la vue de la chambre, la chambre spacieuse et le restaurant excellent. De plus, la mer est juste à côté. Dommage que le français n'est pas pratiqué. Pas de carte en français au restaurant. |

Het vriendelijke personeel, het lekkere ontbijt en de mooie lokatie Het hotel is ok op zich, maar is zeker geen 4-sterren hotel (geen frigo op de kamer, geen ijsmachine op de gang, papier hier en daar los, te zachte matras en ietwat oubollige aankleding van gangen en kamers. Prijs/kwaliteit klopt niet. |

fijne kamer, super ligging , lekker ontbijt en diner mogelijkheden het bed van de beneden verdieping was smerig en dekbed doordrenkt met urine van vorige gast(en) na klacht opgelost maar wel slordig van schoonmaakdienst dat dat dit niet tijdens schoonmaken van de kamer is opgevallen, alleen al de lucht ! |

Ligging prima, hotel uit lopen, even de grote trap naar boven en je bent op het stand. Ook een prima ontbijt, keus genoeg. Verder een leuke zaaltje met spelletjes (sjoelbak, tafeltennis, bordspelen) en ook een dvd-hoek. De kamers zijn aan een verfrissing toe. Oud en goedkoop spul. Dit hotel is zijn vier sterren (qua kamers) echt niet waard. Met wat moeite wellicht drie. |

Ausstattung und Komfort aus den siebziger Jahren sind sicherlich bei Weitem keine 4 Sterne wert aber die Lage nur etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu einem herrlichen Nordseestrand machen dieses Defizit wieder wett. Ein neuer, zum Hotel gehörender Beachclub am Strand wertet das Zuiderduin weiter auf. Das Hotel ist sauber und die Appartements für Familien mit Kindern sehr geeignet. Für 4 Sterne ist dringend eine grundsätzliche Erneuerung der Ausstattung notwendig wenn das Kriterium "Stern" irgendeine Aussagekraft haben soll. |

Tolle Süd-West-Lage mit Blick auf die Dünen; Frühstücksangebot war sehr reichhaltig. Die Zimmer wirken tlw. renovierungsbedürftig; für 4-Sterne nicht mehr auf dem Stand der Zeit. |

Die Nähe zu den Dünen, die Nähe nach Westkapelle und Zouterlande. 4 Sterne waren nicht gerechtfertigt, Zimmer war alt und nicht gepflegt. Teppichboden war nicht ok! Einige Mitarbeiter waren sehr unfreundlich, aber nicht die Rezeption. Als Deutsche fühlten wir uns nicht willkommen. MFG Langmatz |

Die Lage des Hotels. Das Frühstücksbuffet. Der Preis. Meine Familie nutzt das langsam alternde Hotel schon seit 20 Jahren in großen Abständen. Heute wirkt das Personal unengagiert . Es ist z.B. kaum bemüht, dem Gast die Nutzung der ältlichen Sauna (gegen Gebühr) näher zu bringen. - Darüber hinaus - und das ist heute viel wichtiger - ist das W-LAN kostenpflichtig (Warum eigentlich?). Das Zahlungs- bzw. Nutzungssystem für W-LAN ist eher kundenfeindlich. Die Nutzung der Pre-Paid-Card auf 24 Stunden begrenzt. Und das Personal ist schlecht informiert oder gar gleichgültig, wenn dem Gast die Nutzung nicht gelingt. Wir mussten schließlich eine wichtige Information in einem Internetcafé suchen, um den nächsten Urlaubstag planen zu können. Bemühung um das Wohl des Gastes sieht anders aus. |

Freundliches Personal und reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Ruhige Lage direkt am Strand in einer schönen Umgebung. Viele Parkplätze. Der Zimmerpreis ist für die Ausstattung zu hoch. In den Gängen riecht es etwas muffig. Das Badezimmer (Duschvorhang und veraltete Falttüre) und die Fenster sind m. E. renovierungsbedürftig . Das Personal in der Bar war abends meist nicht anwesend. Der Frühstücksraum sollte besser unterteilt sein, um den Kantineneindruck zu vermeiden. Insgesamt für ein 4 Sterne Hotel zu veraltet (Charme der 70er Jahre!) und daher nur bedingt weiter zu empfehlen. |
