Nothing... As a matter of fact, I felt completely ripped off. Dont go to this horrible place. and for heaven's sake dont ever give out his credit card details to him over phone he spells it out loud even when others are standing around. There is one person running the whole show - he is the one who picks up the visitors from the airport, makes your invoice, cooks food, serves food and to top it all operates an unregistered (illegal) taxi service. Even though the hotel mentions that they have free hotel pickup starting from 5AM, he refused to do so when we asked for the service, instead he asked us to book a taxi to our drop off at the hotel. To add to out surprise in the morning when we checked out at 5AM there was no taxi but his shuttle (which was supposed to be free). He charged a whooping 35 euros for this and refused to give us a receipt.

The location is in a quiet, picturesque town about 20 mins by the free hotel bus from the Airport. The staff were very friendly. We were given a sheet on how to use the bus service into Amsterdam city and we followed these directions with no problems. Breakfast did not have a big selection but was sufficient and tasty. The room was comfortable, the bed was big and the pillows to our liking. To our surprise our standard room had a large, 2 person, spa bath with very effective jets. This was very relaxing and the bathroom was spotlessly clean. We normally have short stays in Amsterdam at one of the Airport Hotel. In future we will definitely return to the Zwanenburgb

I had to overnight and take a connecting flight the next day. The free shuttle to and from airport was wonderful. Strange to find no hooks or rails in the bathroom. I also love to make myself a late night and early morning cup of tea, but unfortunately no facilities in the room.

The hotel was very clean. The shuttle service to and from Schiphol was a real selling point. The free parking was also a real plus since we had friends come to visit us and parking was easy for them. We were not told that breakfast is served in a different dining room than dinner, so it made for some confusion in the morning.

I enjoyed the luxurious beds, the spa tub, the great breakfast, and the free airport shuttle. I didn't enjoy the distance from the downtown area and the lack of things to do in the quiet neighborhood.

It's a fair value for the money. The room was very nice and spacious, with a bath tub. Very noisy. Drilling on Saturday at 21h is not an appropriate time.

Located in a small village with good access to Schipol by hotel shuttle and Amsterdam city centre by bus/train we found the hotel suited our family of five well for a two day stop over. The breakfast was adequate for our needs and not too expensive, the shuttle service very good and the staff helpfull when needed. The room booked though a quadruple was just big enough for two double beds so we were a bit short on space for two adults and 3 small children. We would have liked the option of a kettle in the room or facility to make a cup of tea.The fan in the bathroom wasn't working so became very wet for lack of ventilation.

Good stuff, some of them are speaking in Russian. There is a nice disposition of hotel for my business. There is a shuttle between airport and hotel. Tidy rooms. There is no lift in the hotel..

This was one of the cheapest places we found near Schipol that offered a free shuttle service to/from the airport as well as free wifi Despite providing our flight info well in advance we still had to call for the hotel shuttle and then had to wait almost 30 minutes for a pick up; it is a 15+minute drive to the airport

The warmth and welcoming behavior of the staff members. They helped in the laggages and how to get through the area around and transportation in an easy way. Theres a bus stop that takes you to Sloterdijk station and from there you can take a train ti any where. Airport and Amsterdam central station is only few minutes away. There are super market and some shops closer to the hotel and in the station too. The room itself has all the basics, clean and cosy. I think that it's good to know that there's no lift (elevator) in the hotel for people who may have a lot of loggages. For me it was no big deal since the hotel carried the loggages for me in a friendly way. But in case of elder people or who needs the presence lift I think it should be mentioned.

I liked it when I left. This is not a good place. I reserved two nights and left day early, because it was bad. Not very clean, cold, not comfortable, horrible breakfast, and grumpy and very difficult front desk. There was a yelling match in the breakfast room between another disgruntled guest and the management, I think I was not alone in my dislike. They put me on the third floor, despite the fact that I mentioned I had a bad knee and hip. (No elevator) When I went to check out at 10:30am, they said the shuttle driver was napping and could not take me back to the airport until 1:00pm. They also demanded I go back upstairs to my room and bring down the remote and hairdryer to the front desk. When I refused, citing health issues with stairs, they said I must or they would not check me out. I called a taxi and left. I figure they owe me for the second night, since they refused to provide the shuttle that is promised. Anyway, just skip the hassle and do not book here, it is not worth it.

Free internet was a plus. Hotel staff was very professional and helpful. Very accomodating of English speakers. Hotel is close to several bus routes to take to Amsterdam (about 20 minutes bus ride). Staff was very happy to show details on musuem maps and give suggestions for planning your visit. Wireless internet signal was not usable on the 3rd floor for me. Worked flawlessly on the first floor. A wireless signal booster on the 2nd floor would likely eliminate this. Also, the doors to the hotel room do not automatically lock after they close; they must be locked by key upon leaving. Or after you enter the room you must remember to lock the door behind you.

Our room was too small for two persons. We stayed in the second floor and there wasn't elevator. The receptionist - driver asked to prepay the room just we arrived in the hotel. We payed 160,00€ for a day without breakfast. For our opinion and our standard could Not suggest it.

Staff personnel were great: Helpful and useful on every issue, Polite and nice. Superb service! The hotel is 5 minutes walk from Zwanenburg's main street where you can find supermarket, restaurants, backery, and few shops. Excellent location if you have a car: you're very close to Amsterdam, and still out of the city and close to the highways. Free parking is also available. Price is also good comparable to other hotels near Amsterdam. Room space was small for 2 adults and 2 children (it was meant for 4 adults)
