Nous n'avons rien aimé dans cet hotel. Pour nous le seul point positif est qu'ils acceptent notre animal de compagnie, mais payer 15 Euros nous semble prohibitif. Salle de bains rudimentaire et vétuste. Petit-déjeuner spartiate. |

Le jaccuzi Le déjeuner est pauvre en choix ne vaut pas les 8 €. Le personnel de l'hotel est très désagréable à la limite de vous épier |

On a adoré le jacuzzi et la salle de bain. Le personnel est très desagréable. En plus, à cause d'une erreur de la part de l'hôtel ou du site on n'a pas eu tout à fait la chambre que l'on croyait avoir reservé. On a reservé une chambre avec un King size bed et un jacuzzi pour fêter les 5 ans de notre histore d'amour, mais on a eu des lits jumeaux à la place. |

Que le couvre-lit ne soit pas taché; que les shampooings soient en nombre suffisant; et que la chambre soit nettoyée quand on séjourne plus d'une nuit. Par ailleurs, l'armoire de la chambre 56 a une porte qui ne tient plus que par une fixation sur les 3 prévues à cet effet. Le rapport qualité/prix |

clean and comfortable room, free parking very expensiv cost per dog ...small room...hotel is close from 1 to 6:30, so when we come back from Amstredam by night- we can't back to room |

The staff of the hotel was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel for Russian travelers because the staff also speak Russian. The hotel close to the airport and has shuttle bus service. Breakfast was pretty good and not expensive. It is very decent hotel for its rating; nothing bad about it at all! |

The hotel staff couldn't provide me with answers to simple questions. I asked one person at the front desk if I could have an airport shuttle pick me up at the airport (the hotel advertises that they offer an airport shuttle) and she told me the shuttle is only free within the hrs of 6:30am to 11:30am. However, I called back a few hours later and the woman at the front desk was happy to send a shuttle out to pick me up at the airport, no charge. The hotel is not as close to the airport as the website implies. The hotel is also not as close to the Amsterdam Central station as the website implies. |

Free parking. Bus available into Amsterdam. Cute small town. Food less expensive than in Amsterdam. Many things to do within an hour's drive. Very expensive breakfast (8 Euros for cold breakfast). Choices did not change from day to day. We cancelled breakfast after the 3rd day. They turned heat off in the entire hotel when temperature outside was high. However, it got very cold that night and we could not get heat. Other than these 2 things, we enjoyed our stay of 8 days. |

Goede kamers, Het ontbijt was goed verzorgd en de medewerkers over het algemeen vriendelijk. Het diner, 1e de bediening liet zeker twintig minuten op zich wachten voordat de kaart, na verzoek, werd aangereikt. 2e, als groente, lauwe sperciebonen vermoedelijk uit blik. |
