Everything, worst hotel i´ve ever been to! Poor customer service, the information provided is wrong!!! The hotel is 20 min away from schipol airport and they make you wait 45 minutes until they pick you up. The shuttle bus works only for check in and check out, when all the other hotels provide this service free of charge 24/7 |

Clean and broad room Room was hot, air conditioner did not work, water pressure was low (after using toilet could not use shower. Reception booked one additional room without consulting with us, lots of administrational mess. |

It was in a little town where we could experience public transport/go for a walk. A lot of airport hotels trap you in the middle of nowhere and vwey disorienting. |

Food was good. Woman who picked us up was wonderful; very pleasant and knowledgeable. The service in the restaurant was abominable. Also very pricey given the coffee shop decor. Told pick up from airport would arrive in 50 mins, which was bad enough. However bus actually took 90 mins. They don't tell you it is a public bus stop so that added to the tension that we were waiting in the wrong place. No elevator, steep stairs. Breakfast should be avoided. Go to the bakery nearby. |

Very clean. The staff was helpful, we had a rental car to return before our flight and they arranged for us to follow the shuttle driver. The location is confusing to get to with a car. The town/area is boring. |

The shutttle to and from the airport was very good. Friendly and helpful staff. I would have liked tea/coffee making facility in the hotel room. I would have liked to have been able to make toast at breakfast. |
