Recently built apartment, brand new. Nice shower. Close to a supermarket. For an apartment it was really small - less than 15 m2, including bathroom. No microwave or oven. My room not at all looked like as the site pictures. You must enter the hotel between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. – after that you must phone a number in Oslo, that is really not practical – in my case my cell phone do not works in Norway! Althougt the room was very clean, the sheets wasn´t – musk ask for changing Really report quality/price: I paid almost US$ 150 per night, without breakfast, one person. It is the East Zone of Oslo, not the best one in Oslo

The building and interior is quite new, actually some parts still being completed. So everything looks nice and modern. It's quiet and although the studio is small it was pretty comfortable. The wi-fi connection was good after spending a few minutes trying to connecting to it. The room didn't feel very clean, the floor hadn't been mopped and I had speculation about the freshness of the towels. There were only two or three tv stations that worked and I had problem accessing the internet.

Fully equipped small kitchen. It is good in such expensive city country like Norway. You can buy products and to prepare food yourself. It would be perfect to find in the apartments shampoo and soap or shower gel. Usually I do not take this things with me when I travel for several days.

Location is generally good. The apartment size and layout was decent, with a combination washer-dryer in the apartment. Staff is lazy and not detail oriented. Pictures from website do not accurately portray the condition of the apartments. Our apartment was basically under construction (e.g., scaffolding outside all floor-to-ceiling windows, half the lights did not work, electric blinds did not work, broken lamp). The apartment was not terribly clean. The blinds that did work could not keep the morning sun out, which is very silly given Oslo’s location. In general, the quality of the apartment itself was very poor. Other issues: cheap furnishings and fittings; cheap kitchen appliances and utensils; poor sound proofing; poorly fitted door locks; and a lack of basic kitchen items, such as paper towels. Lastly, with respect to construction, no apology was made for workmen needing access to the apartment during our stay, nor were there functioning blinds for the floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing us a fine view of the construction workers outside our windows.

There is a supermarket near the hotel. It is cheap. The hotel had the kitchen, and I was able to cook. Room in a hotel is still new, and very beautiful. There was a washing machine, too. The entrance is a little cramped. It was a loan apartment house rather than the hotel.またオスロに行くことがあれば、利用したいです。 I thought that the map was cramped. This hotel exists in the close vicinity of the station "Helmdalsgate" of the tram. This station is from "Jembane-torget" fourthly. The tram is the 17th. http://railscape.travel-way.net/norway/trikken/linjenettstort0509.pdf

We really enjoyed our 2 night stay here. The room was a small studio apartment with kitchen and a lovely bathroom which was perfect for our stay. The kitchen meant that we could prepare a simple lunch and dinner, saving ourselves the cost of eating out on one of our days in Oslo. There is a supermarket on the corner of the street. The apartment was in a decent area, about 15 minutes walk to Karl Johans Gate. It was easy enough to find from a google map printed before we left, just follow the tram line up Storgata. We called when we arrived and waited about 5 minutes for the guy which was fine. Our room was very cosy and warm, not much of a view but it was modern and great value for money. I would definitely recommend Akers Have apartments.

Valuen with paid price was ok. And it was same as it was in pictures in internet. Room was good and what we expected , except bed. Bed was really not good. After two days I had back problems and quality of bed was cheap of the cheapest. When I asked matrix they bring some very thin bedding which did not maid any difference.

We stay in two different hotels in my stay in Oslo namely Perminalen hotel and Akers Have Apartment. My friends and I prefer Akers Have Apartements even though its further from the Oslo Sentral Station. You can either take a tram which is about 3 stops to Oslo Sentral station or a 15mins walk to the Oslo Sentral Station. There is a supermarket below the apartment so its quite convenient if guests wants to cook. Akers Have apartments feels more like a home and have the basic kitchen utensils for cooking. You need to arrange a checking in time with them before arrival. There was no issue with us and the whole process went on Smoothly.

The apartments were quite large and well furnished. Large balcony. Excellent fridge and other machines. Fairly close to everything. Nice selection of shops, supermarkets and food joints in the immediate vicinity. There was a lot of police activity in the area, with presumably crazy or drunk people roaming around, even during daytime.

Hotel is only a few tram stops away from Oslo Central Station. It is conveniently located within range of halal Turkish restaurants (for Muslim travellers), along with a Halal meat deli and an import supermarket right around the corner if you're looking for supplies to buy to cook in the apartment. It is also within a quiet area, and you will definitely have some good rest in peace and quiet. Overall, highly recommended. We would prefer it if you included a small microwave oven / toaster oven in the apartment so we could enjoy quick meals.

It was close to the city centre, good access to public transport and a little shop close by to get food for cooking. An OK appartment on a budget :) Did what it says on the box ;) Only time we came across with the staff was on our arrival, but they were really friendly. Check in a little challenging, you really need to have a phone that works in Norway to call them and get the house key. Once you get it it's smooth sailing.

The place was convenient however on Arriving I found it hard to find. The gogle map from Bookers.com plotted I the wrong place. It was only when I checked the address I realised I was to far down the road. No biggy though just phoned and I was met at the door. I stayedin one of the Studio Apartments which was completely uncomfortable with the ouside light being on all the time and the blinds provided did not block this out. I did not bother complaining since I had only booked for a week and I dont believe the establishement was not already aware f this issue. At around 1am a really load generator or somthing started making a huge racket till abot 2:30am

Good location (15 mins walking distance from city centre - which is a definite advantage considering expensive public transport), very clean, very positive manager. Having a kitchen with all the necessary utensils is really helpful and makes staying in Oslo considerably cheaper. We even had a washing machine and a fridge with a freezer, in addition to nice view from the 8th floor. Recommended!

Its location is very good, Grunerlokka is a beautiful district of Oslo composed by atelier, design shops, vintage shops and nice bar and restaurant. There is a bike station at 5 minutes really comfortable to go around the city. Apartments are all beautiful and new, with every comfort (like radio in the bathroom or hotplate). Only problem was a little bit of dust in the rooms or on the tables.

The location and the security. There wasn't much we didn't like. It was full of gadgets, a huge fridge, dishwasher etc lots of attention to style but not enough attention to domestic details, e.g.no dishcloths or teatowels. You don't always want to use a dishwasher for a few plates. However, it was a good place to stay.

Clean, good-sized apartment with lift large enough for a double pram and on-site parking. Easy 10-minute walk to the city center. Near the trendy and tasty Grunnerlokka eateries. Staff accommodating about arrival/check- out times. Edgy feel to the neighborhood that made us think one would need to be alert after dark. Security of the apartment premises was excellent so no need to worry once inside.

Good ,clean, almost sterile apartment, close to all transport and food requirements for "in house cooking" alot cheaper than "eating out".Every thing you needed was provided, except maybe scourers to clean the sauspans/frypan etc. Once inside the complex the rooms were very secure.A very pleasant stay. With out a mobile phone awkward to get into the complex.Area, location, locals a bit ofputting as not looking the best area to be in,but once inside the huge metal gate the complex was quite nice and very secure

Nice, spacious brand-new apartment. Very good appliances( I didn't have a chance to use all of them), very responsive personnel. It's a good deal for a family. No sun-blocking curtains or blinds. The apartment was sun-drenched (I suspect that was the idea), but in late June it meant that my infant couldn't sleep at all and made all of us quite miserable. I think it is a must given the latitude. Even adults, who are not used to white nights, cannot sleep easily, but children's schedule is completely messed up.

“We got a good deal regarding Oslo prices. The hotel was a 5 minute walk to the centre and easy to find. The room was pretty decent and the breakfast was a big buffet with a good variety of food. The staff spoke perfect english and were friendly and helpful, so in general it catered well for every need.” Matthew, York |
