The staff were excellent, always willing to help and assist with any queries. Great atmosphere. Tea and Coffee was available all day and night and they provided breakfast packs for our early start. Free waffels from 4-6pm. Great family run hotel with a very unique atmosphere. |

Old hotel but I had a renovated room. The location is great if you are taking those "Nutshell"tours. It is 2/3 blocks from the port. Very close to shopping too. |

Very comfortable rooms. Very clean. A very neat hotel that has much more value and comfort than most of the other ones in town (E.G., Thon, sas Radison, ...) |

The room was so small that you even can't move into. The breakfast room was so crowded that it was impossible to eat something because of the long queues at the buffet. |

great trip hotel is at a nice location it was close to where our ship arrived and the other departed. staff nice, friendly and willing to help with things rooms small but typical for the area. luggage storage provided for our days wait breakfast was a great surprise. would recommend this hotel. it was a holiday weekend or special event and hotels were sold out so we paid a high price for the night but every place was high and sold out so we felt fortunate to stay here |

The staff was very friendly, the location on the hotel was good in the city centre and the breakfast was good. We liked this hotel very much! There was a bit too hot in the room because there was no air-conditioning in the room. |

buffet breakfast excellent. Quiet location. Tea/ coffee service in lounge good.Good size bedroom. Useful mini bar. Good to find a hairdryer in the bathroom. Could have replenished the iced drinking water in the lounge more frequently even though guests were filling there water bottles with it. |
