We were upgraded to a suite room which was very spacious and had excellent facilities. The hotel is in a quiet location and has wonderful views. The upgrade was provided as the hotel was full with guests traveling on organised tour buses. It seems that this is where most of their bookings come from and it shows in how other guests are treated. We were unable to access the restaurant for dinner and advised to use he cafe (we were told we didn't need to make a reservation which turned out to be incorrect). In the morning we went to breakfast after the buses had left and most of the buffet was empty and the staff showed little interest in putting anything else out for the 10 or 12 of us that we're still there!

Bra svømmebasseng med eget barnebasseng Fine aktiviteter for barna i påsken (maling av påskeegg, trollshow m.m.) Badet var svært enkelt og gammeldags Hotellet generelt er noe slitt og trenger oppussing Barnerommet var ikke særlig koselig

Beliggenhet Dårlig inneklima, veldig slitt inventar. Elendig frokost med lite pålegg + pålegg som bar preg av å ha stått fremme i flere dager. Stadig tomt av brød, stekt egg etc. Lite med betjening. Ingen informasjon om frokosttider

Mitt inntrykk er at dette er et hotell med høy standard. Overnattet her I forbinnelse med sykkeltur på Rallarvegen. Frokosten var upåklagelig og det ble til og servert havregrøt for de som vil ha en skikkelig fylling av lagrene før en lang tur I fjellet. Beliggenheten er sentral I forhold til de mange aktivitetene som kan tilbys I området, sommer som vinter.

Goed hotel aan de rand van de Hardangervida We hadden een ruime kamer met groot balkon, uitzicht op de bergen/ski hellingen. Goede douche. Uitstekend uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet en desgewenst dinerbuffet. Gratis koffie/thee voor gasten.Hotel beschikt over een binnenzwembad en een fitnessruimte. Tevens zijn er fietsen te huur.

Beliggenheten. Vi hadde tenkt å spise en bedre middag i anledning fødselsdag, men serveringen var en bufè som virket nokså enkel og hadde et tynt utvalg. Jeg antar at 4-5 fulle turistbusser samtidig må ta noe av skylden.

Jeg trives på hotellet. Jeg har gjennom mitt yrkesaktive liv deltatt i mange konferranser o.a. og ser det nå som et bra tilbud på mine reiser mellom Øst- og Vestland. Det jeg la merke til denne gangen var en noe mangelfull "etterforsyning" ved frokosten. Gjestene mått påpeke tomme fat og manglende brød mm som servitørene vel burde lagt merke til eller sett aktivt etter. Men det var kanskje stor trafikk denne dagen.....

Het hotel beschikt over een uitstekend restaurantgedeelte "Sofia". Hoogstaande kwaliteit en overdadige porties. Dieetwensen worden door het personeel onmiddellijk begrepen. Zeer adequaat personeel. In tegenstelling tot vele hotels in Noorwegen, was hier gratis parkeren op eigen terrein mogelijk. Een verademing.

Et bra hotell, fint beliggende hvis man er der om vinteren. Skuffende at baren ikke var åpen om kvelden. Rommene trenger en liten oppussing.
