The location could not have been better for shopping, restaurants, bars and nightlife. The rooms were small, but perfect for a short city visit. The breakfast selection was limited, but still good. The bathrooms were a bit dated and could have been cleaner. No mini bar, but I didn't expect this. The hallways were a bit dingy and dirty - perhaps from some construction, but the rooms were fine. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to visit Bergen for a short stay but wants to cut costs a bit. |

Location is great, very close from the fish market and main shopping area. Breakfast could be a little bit better. Also, poor parking facilities... |

central location. quiet. room tiny, but pleasant. tiny room. wet bathroom with no shower curtain. 4 flights of stairs with no elevator. had to put key card in when leaving and arriving. Door didn't lock automatically and key card never worked the first time you put it in the door. electricity was off at breakfast time one day. |

good location, near station and port. a room was clean. Staff might be helpful. I was waiting for check-in for 30 minutes, because the other visitors have a trouble of their booking for a long time. the other visitors were loud near my room. since room was in an attic, I was not comfortable at the bed. showere room does not have a partition. the reception and the room were different buildings when I stayed. |

The only good point about the hotel is its central location but Bergen and surroundings are very pretty it was in very noisy street ; the only way to cool the room was to open the windows first floor and straight onto said noisy street; taxi had never heard of it (dropped us at completely different hotel) ; room smelt very strongly of smoke ; reception area was very tired/dirty/dark/repellant; address for hotel is a locked tenament type building with directions to reception (further up road) on sign outside. We tried to stay somewhere else but could not find anywhere. Two local restauranteurs who asked where we were staying said they were sorry when we told them! |

It's in the city centre. Quick response to our requests. Internet access, quite good buffet Noise from outside, no lift, fairly small room, price (too high), the room wasn't cleaned every day, dirt. Sorry, but the hotel wasn't worth the money we'd paid. |

Nice location in the middle of the city. Our room was located above the bar situated in the hotel. It was very noisy and there was smoke coming into our room. The room was also very warm. |

It was central and the rooms were sufficient. Staff were also very nice. We were in the attic on the fourth floor with no elevators. It was quite cramped and very hot. We were also across the road from the actual hotel. The hotel is located by a very noisy pub. |

Nice staff at breakfast & reception areas. Breakfast area was dark & choice of food was a bit limited. Strange smell in the building entrance area. |

Overall nice room and very friendly staff, who cheerfully helped me with special requests, such as printing documents for me in the lobby. Good breakfast. Excellent location. Very low water pressure in the shower. Could not get the internet connection to work, but they were helpful about it, and moved me to another room where the signal was better (still could not log on though - but there was a computer in the lobby that everybody could use free of charge). |

Veldig sentralt. Hyggelig lite hotell. Bedre lydisolering.
