centrico, limpio, agradable, joven, buen desayuno, comodo, diseño, fresco, bien equipado, con lo justo

ruidoso por los bares de abajo, pero estaba tan agotada que descanse en cualquier caso. La vida del turista es muy dura. Falta ascensor, sobre todo si te dan las habitaciones en el ultimo piso

La amplitud de las habitaciones y la comodidad de las camas. El personal excelente, hasta el punto de que un dia que no nos correspondia nos invitaron a desayunar, todo un detalle. Muy céntrico

Nice location in the middle of the city.

Our room was located above the bar situated in the hotel. It was very noisy and there was smoke coming into our room. The room was also very warm.

Just in the city center easy to go everywhere walking. Good breakfast

Noisy bar terrace in ground floor, with loud voices until midnight. Bed matress too soft.

I liked the stuff, they spoke russian, also I liked breakfast very much. I didnt want to eat untill dinner. It is clean and nice hotel. Perfect location. Right in the heart of Bergen.

Price is quite high compare with the other europenian countries.

Overall nice room and very friendly staff, who cheerfully helped me with special requests, such as printing documents for me in the lobby. Good breakfast. Excellent location.

Very low water pressure in the shower. Could not get the internet connection to work, but they were helpful about it, and moved me to another room where the signal was better (still could not log on though - but there was a computer in the lobby that everybody could use free of charge).

The rooms where clean everyday! The breakfast was very good too! In the middle of the centrum of Bergen.

The room that I stayed was not in the same building as the main Hotel. No internet connection (wifi) however it was mentioned in the hotel condition during the reservation.

Norwegian price!

Rooms above/near the bar area mean that the tenants get very little sleep. I had 2 nights with no sleep - bar shut about 1am and by the time they cleaned up the morning shift for breakfast came on at 5.30am. This aspect was very disappointing.

Nothing much. The first room we were offered was a dump. This hotel claims to have a 3 star rating, but should really have a 2 star rating. Had we known what the room looked like before we booked we would have never stayed there.

The pictures from the booking were very misleading. Personally I think that I could have stayed at a youth hostel and paid a sixth of the price and had a better experience. The hotel furnishings were trashy. The remote on the tv didn't work. There were no channels to watch except the Norwegian station. It was the biggest disappointment of our stay in Bergen.

Lokaliteten I forhold til sentrum

Dårlig kommunikasjon mellom personalet, ikke håndklær på rommet, mye støy fra flere uteplasser rett utenfor vinduet. Lite info på rommet, rommene lå ikke I samme bygg som resepsjonen.
