Hotel sur 2 bâtiments, l'un calme, ... ... l'autre bruyant. Il faut avoir de la chance pour tomber sur le bon. |

Sa situation proche du centre-ville et de la gare Chambre dans une annexe de l'hôtel, extrêmement bruyante (présence d'un bar ouvert la nuit jusqu'à 3 heures avec une musique très forte ; chambre non insonorisée permettant d'entendre tous les bruits de couloir et claquements de porte). Chambre mansardée au 3ème étage sans ascenseur. Ce type de chambre, et surtout son rapport qualité-prix porte atteinte à la réputation de Booking. |

Overall nice room and very friendly staff, who cheerfully helped me with special requests, such as printing documents for me in the lobby. Good breakfast. Excellent location. Very low water pressure in the shower. Could not get the internet connection to work, but they were helpful about it, and moved me to another room where the signal was better (still could not log on though - but there was a computer in the lobby that everybody could use free of charge). |

The hotel was in a good postion for the Crusie ship. The room was adequate but small for the price. The breakfast was limited for choice compared to other hotels we stayed at for less cost. |

The room that I stayed was not in the same building as the main Hotel. No internet connection (wifi) however it was mentioned in the hotel condition during the reservation. |

Friendly staff and good Norwegian breakfast Unfortunately building works going on next door, so views of building site not good. Would benefit from a lift in the anex building, not easy for the older generation to carry cases up the stairs. |

Rooms above/near the bar area mean that the tenants get very little sleep. I had 2 nights with no sleep - bar shut about 1am and by the time they cleaned up the morning shift for breakfast came on at 5.30am. This aspect was very disappointing. |

Nothing much. The first room we were offered was a dump. This hotel claims to have a 3 star rating, but should really have a 2 star rating. Had we known what the room looked like before we booked we would have never stayed there. The pictures from the booking were very misleading. Personally I think that I could have stayed at a youth hostel and paid a sixth of the price and had a better experience. The hotel furnishings were trashy. The remote on the tv didn't work. There were no channels to watch except the Norwegian station. It was the biggest disappointment of our stay in Bergen. |

Jeg likte absolutt ingen ting. Et lite mørkt rom, en humpete hard gammel madrass, en flimrete 13 " TV, ikke internetttilgang, og mye støy fra en pub i 1. etasje steng hele hotellet, eller kall det herberge |

Møtet vårt i Sandviken ble utsatt med én time pga. at mr. Olesch ble stående i over en time å vente på drosje utenfor hotellet. |

La amplitud de las habitaciones y la comodidad de las camas. El personal excelente, hasta el punto de que un dia que no nos correspondia nos invitaron a desayunar, todo un detalle. Muy céntrico |

Maten er veldig god. De fleste personale er hyggelige. Internett som fungerer!!!!!!! Det er altfor dårlig at dette ikke blir ordnet. Jeg overnattet på hotellet for 1 mnd siden, da fungerte det heller ikke! Jeg hadde ikke overnattet her igjen hvis det ikke var for at andre hotell var fullt..Dette skyldes I høyeste grad internettet |
