hotellet bar præg af renovering og det var tydeligt at det også trængte til det. trods det var det udemærket til at sove i bliv færdig med renovering inkluder renovering af elevator |

værelset var ganske fint. dejlig service med fri internet. spise stuen skal laves om. For stor og kold til at man føler sig specielt hjemme der. |

Det er svært at svare på, idet det er et hotel under ombygning, men trods byggerod og støj, var der en god stemning og god service. |

Der burde være kaffe/the facilliteter på værelset. At bestille kaffe i recptionen virker ikke ret godt. |

Jeg havde ikke forventet et hotel under ombygning. Vi havde svært ved at finde indgangsparti. Alt i alt: meget lavt niveau, også af et 3-stjernet, og det bør afspejle priserne. Lobbyen var det der fremstod pænest, resten dunkelt og ikke noget jeg vil anbefale til andre. Bør shines op med lyse og rene farver. Morgenmad .. sted og kvalitet langt under mine forventninger. |

Excellent location easy to find, just 10 minutes walk from Oslo main bus station and therefore 10 minutes walk from the city center. All members of staff were very polite and hotel facilities were better than expected. You could order blockbuster movies in your room from £5 each if you wanted a cheap night in (Oslo is very expensive). Breakfast was good with lots of choice for a buffet. Room was fantastic, an actual double bed not two singles pushed together! I would recommend this hotel to friends and family. |

The room was very clean but a little small. I would like tea/coffee facilities in the room without having to go into the hotel lobby to get them. also no restaurant/bar facilities within the hotel. (Bar was there but not open) |

Very average,probably dissappointing compaired to my last stay in Stockholm & rome .I know you are going through construction work, our room was overlooking it in Best Western Hotel. Sorry the above & very poor & dull decour throughought the whole hotel.Felt not compencated for all the noise & inconvenience we had to put up with in your hotel.I travel 4 times+ a year this was the worst Hotel |

internet access room clean bad location (the worst Oslo area) and breakfast room similar to hospital mess. during my stay the hotel was in reconstruction. |

Our room was comfortable, well presented and very clean. Breakfasts were good with plenty of variety. Unfortunately, due to the much needed renovations, we were woken to the sound of construction work just outside our room! Would have liked coffee/tea facilities in the room. |

The hotel was conveniently situated within walking distance of the city centre and was on a regular tram route.The reception staff were pleasant and helpful.The breakfast was ample and the coffee was good. the building work was a nuisance. We were woken at 6am on the first morning by a mechanical digger below the window. Work was also taking place in the adjacent room and power cables were left trailing outside the door. A kettle in the room would have been useful; one was available in the lobby but one then had to carry hot drinks up to the ninth floor on the lift. |

The rooms were clean and comfortable and lots of space for the three of us. Was impressed to have such a lovely big TV! First impression when arrived at hotel was not good because of the buidling works. They could make it a little more welcoming and work should have started a little later ie. 8am. |

staff was accommodating and able to find a crib for our baby on short notice; breakfast was decent given it was included in the room price. the hotel was under construction so the exterior was in bad shape and there was a lot of noise. this is something that should have been communicated to us up front. there is a PC that guests can use in the lobby, but it's one of the first PC's ever invented and is incredibly slow. No fitness center in the hotel. |

Good breakfast, nice clean cosey room Very old building, but is currently under renovation so will be a lot nicer once done. Building work did start at 7am which woke us very early!! |

It's location and comfort. It was under renovation, rooms were a little dated, no bath, no TV, and no Coffee making facilities in the room, which in most of Europe are standard items. |
