Huone oli siisti, aamiainen hyvä ja reseptionin henkilökunta palvelualtista ja kohteliasta, kun oli kyse reseption palveluista.

Hotellin aulassa oli baari, jota receptionin henkilökunta hoiti, kun muilta töiltään ehti. Sen piti olla auki klo 23 asti ainakin launtaina, mutta kun tulimme siihen 22.30 maissa, meille ilmoitettiin, että olemme sulkeneet jo tänään.

Really enjoyed the breakfast in the morning,bathroom and room were really cleaned.location really close to center.

It was very quite despite the renovation works that are being done at the moment in the hotel. Good location to move around with Tram. It was clean.

The bathroom was small, tiny actually. It only had a shower hanging on the wall, and a curtain, not a tab or shower tab. The towels are very small. The beds are also small. It was difficult to find the entrance of the hotel since the works were hiding it.

The most importent thing about Best Western Anker Hotel is the location and the rate both of wich are great.

they were re-building the hotel, didn't mention on the web-site. Printer was not available in a business room. Old fashioned hotel that had it's time for a while. Breakfast was poor.

Hotel prices in Oslo are very high so I cannot say that this is value for money, but then again, where in Oslo would you find that?

When I've booked the hotel nobody told me that works were going on to refurbish it. I found myself in a room that was devided from the outside just by a wall made of wood (???) and with an incredible noise coming from outside (see works). Terrible experience.

It was quiet, and it was walking distance to interesting sites in Oslo.

There was a lot of construction going on in the hotel's interior. I was not disturbed by the noise at all (in fact, I didn't hear the construction), but this caused the interior to have a very dingy look. Also, it meant that there was no Internet connection in the lobby.
