Hotelli oli aika lahella kaupungin keskustaa. Raitiovaunu- ja bussipysakit olivat ihan vieressa, joten julkisilla kulkuvalineilla oli todella helppo ja nopea paasta liikkumaan. Huoneemme oli ylakerroksissa, joten liikenteen aanet eivat kuuluneet huoneeseen. Aamupala oli runsas ja maukas.

Huone oli todella lammin, ilmastointia olisi kaivannut.

Hyvä sijainti ja kulkuyhteydet. Mukavaa seutua.

Varasimme 3 hengen huoneen, mutta saimme 2h huoneen lisävuoteella. WC kaipaisi remonttia, suihkusta tuli vettä alhaisella paineella.

Huone oli siisti, aamiainen hyvä ja reseptionin henkilökunta palvelualtista ja kohteliasta, kun oli kyse reseption palveluista.

Hotellin aulassa oli baari, jota receptionin henkilökunta hoiti, kun muilta töiltään ehti. Sen piti olla auki klo 23 asti ainakin launtaina, mutta kun tulimme siihen 22.30 maissa, meille ilmoitettiin, että olemme sulkeneet jo tänään.

Very average,probably dissappointing compaired to my last stay in Stockholm & rome .I know you are going through construction work, our room was overlooking it in Best Western Hotel.

Sorry the above & very poor & dull decour throughought the whole hotel.Felt not compencated for all the noise & inconvenience we had to put up with in your hotel.I travel 4 times+ a year this was the worst Hotel

Near the centre of the city. Good breakfast with many choises.

There was work in progress so there was a lot of dust and noise.

Our room was comfortable, well presented and very clean. Breakfasts were good with plenty of variety.

Unfortunately, due to the much needed renovations, we were woken to the sound of construction work just outside our room! Would have liked coffee/tea facilities in the room.

The room, very confortable and very good temperature.

staff was accommodating and able to find a crib for our baby on short notice; breakfast was decent given it was included in the room price.

the hotel was under construction so the exterior was in bad shape and there was a lot of noise. this is something that should have been communicated to us up front. there is a PC that guests can use in the lobby, but it's one of the first PC's ever invented and is incredibly slow. No fitness center in the hotel.

It's location and comfort.

It was under renovation, rooms were a little dated, no bath, no TV, and no Coffee making facilities in the room, which in most of Europe are standard items.

The hotel was in the process of being refurbished, so there was a lot of building work going on, particularly outside. The entrance and lobby area were not very attractive, but I presume this will be addressed in the upgrading project. The approach to the hotel from Storgata did not create a very good first impression, and the area around the hotel seemed somewhat run down. The room had been refurbished, but was pretty spartan. The breakfast room had also been done up, but was more like a canteen than a hotel dining room.
