Noisy room near hiss
i like how sweet the female staff are...very understanding and very polite......these female staff of morning is highly praised for such manners
that no manner guy of nightshift has disrespected me and my friends for visiting at night which is can be fixed in proper way of talking.-...this person should do good manners and right conducts classes and should take a sensitivity class as well....hotels should make the guest feel comfortable...this guy obviously failed in that...theres a telephone on my desk on my room he could have had that called....but basically this guy seems to be so rude and think hes better than anybody for being in front desk....
The room was wonderful - and a very nice place to stay - the location was great, close to the city and the venues, I had to visit (Dansens Hus, Riksteatret, Black Box)....
The breakfast was poor - and the beds too soft (sorry, I like firm madrases)
The location is good, without being central. Very easy access to all mass transit, which is very reliable in Oslo. Breakfast is included and good for the price.
Our reservation said "queen bed", but upon arrival we were given two small beds, so our very jet-lagged, exhausted selves had to carry our suitcases back downstairs to ask for another room. Luckily, the hotel was not full so they gave us another one, however this could have been easily avoided in the first place. Definitely a good option on a budget, but the rooms are what you pay for: very average. We also found somebody else's leftovers in a bag in the closet... Also, this is obviously not the hotel's fault, but beware of the taxis waiting at the taxi stand in front of the hotel, meaning make sure you ask for the price of the ride (even if there's a sticker on the taxi!!), as our taxi driver definitely tried to charge us more than what was due. Would not have expected this in Oslo.
Wifi was unstable in the evening, couldnt do much
Everything was easy to walk to - we used buses, trains and walked every where else.
Could do with having some food better food options, although the breakfast was good.
L0cation, wifi, breakfast, room is clean
I liked the breakfast
We didn't like the bed with only one bedside lamp..
Staff was friendly and helpful.
We booked a triple room but were given a double room with 3 beds. We could barely move in the room.
The breakfast was perfect. The staff was very helpful. The room was very warm and clean. The bed was very comfort.
The size of the bed.
Nice and clean with comfortable room. Walking distance to city centre
No double duvet bed covers. Only 2 single duvets for a double bed. The toilet is in the shower.
Place was very good to reach every place in Oslo
The room was not cleaned all 3 days, jus the trash was left in the room for whole 3 days.
Wifi, clean rooms
Breakfast and hotel bar
Hotel in 15 minutes to realway station and central street. Room is clean, crisp white bed linen and towels. The bed is very comfortable.delicious and varied breakfast. Staff is frienly and helpful
Small room for three persons, but we stayed at the room for very short time so it wasn`t a problem for us in the bathroom there is no electrical outlet if you have a curling iron or an electric shaver
Staff very friendly, any help just go to reception and they willing to help The area was ok, behind there is allot of cool bars and restaurant,
no Restaurant, a bit far from train station, but you can take bus or tram.
The hotel was near good eating spots and we had a nice walk along the river to the DOGA museum.
Trying to find our way from sentralstasjon.
Close proximity to city centre
Plastic glasses in the rooms instead of real glass. Not very environmentally friendly.
Very nice and comfortable hotel to stay in. Very central and good services to the guests.
Great location, walking distance from centrum of Oslo. Parking possibilities very close to hotel: in- and outdoor. Pricy but that is Oslo. Nice helpful staff
We liked the location, cleanliness, the comfort, the perfect wi-fii and the delicious breakfast. The staff is very helpful and smiling all the time.
Every thing you need for business and Oslo free time. Free tea set on reception. Great breakfast. Very well connected.
- Nice location. Close to the city centre and railway station. A tram stop near the hotel. - Friendly and helpful staff - Very clean rooms - Great breakfast (hot and cold dishes, very diverse) - Wi-Fi works perfectly Overall, I liked the hotel very much and recommend it as a nice place to stay in Oslo.
- A triple room was rather small and lacked space where you could put your things: only a table and tiny shelves near the bed, no drawers and very small wardrobe for 3 people where coats took all the space
The hotel was a short walk from the station and to most places of interest. The very useful number 30 bus stopped outside the hotel. The breakfast was very good and included in the reasonable price. The staff were very helpful
Rooms were clean, breakfast good, internet in the room was OK. In general wery good hotel for it's class and price.
