Best Western Anker

オスロ中央駅からはわりと近くロケーションには問題ありませんでした。朝食もシンプルですが充実していて良- かったです。Location is OK and breakfast was simple but nice.

シャワーしかないことは知っていましたが、足場が全くなくカーテンだけで、すぐ隣にトイレがあるので、シャ- ワー後にトイレや洗面台を使いたい場合は濡れた床を歩かなければいけませんでした。タオルもきれいとは言え- ず、換えてもらおうとレセプションに電話しましたが応答ありませんでした。朝食の時間も前もって聞いた時間- と違っていました。I wouldn't go back there again...

丁度，工事をしておりうるさい時もあった

工事のため夜に停電をすることは，エレベータの記載だけでなく，直接言ってもらいたい

何も　ないですが　喫煙の部屋もっと有っても良いと思いました

今回のオスロ滞在は　仕事だったので　特に不満な点は無かったです。私にとっては、価格も　ホテルスタッフの人達も良かったです　これからも宜しくお願いします

朝食は良かったです。

毎日カップに口紅がついていたり、タオルの不足、ポットが置いてない、受付まで取りに行きました。

Very average,probably dissappointing compaired to my last stay in Stockholm & rome .I know you are going through construction work, our room was overlooking it in Best Western Hotel.

Sorry the above & very poor & dull decour throughought the whole hotel.Felt not compencated for all the noise & inconvenience we had to put up with in your hotel.I travel 4 times+ a year this was the worst Hotel

Near the centre of the city. Good breakfast with many choises.

There was work in progress so there was a lot of dust and noise.

Our room was comfortable, well presented and very clean. Breakfasts were good with plenty of variety.

Unfortunately, due to the much needed renovations, we were woken to the sound of construction work just outside our room! Would have liked coffee/tea facilities in the room.

staff very friendly and helpful and informative, very nice city with lovely people who are very laid back and easy going

The room, very confortable and very good temperature.

staff was accommodating and able to find a crib for our baby on short notice; breakfast was decent given it was included in the room price.

the hotel was under construction so the exterior was in bad shape and there was a lot of noise. this is something that should have been communicated to us up front. there is a PC that guests can use in the lobby, but it's one of the first PC's ever invented and is incredibly slow. No fitness center in the hotel.

It's location and comfort.

It was under renovation, rooms were a little dated, no bath, no TV, and no Coffee making facilities in the room, which in most of Europe are standard items.

The hotel was in the process of being refurbished, so there was a lot of building work going on, particularly outside. The entrance and lobby area were not very attractive, but I presume this will be addressed in the upgrading project. The approach to the hotel from Storgata did not create a very good first impression, and the area around the hotel seemed somewhat run down. The room had been refurbished, but was pretty spartan. The breakfast room had also been done up, but was more like a canteen than a hotel dining room.
