Não foi um hotel que me agradou muito, preço alto. Mas entendo que tarifas de hoteis na Noruega são elevadas. Havia obras no prédio do hotel, um grande desconforto. |

Melhor isolamento acústuco dos quartos. Não consegui dormir após um dia cansativo de trabalho. O quarto não possui cortinas para black-out. |

they were re-building the hotel, didn't mention on the web-site. Printer was not available in a business room. Old fashioned hotel that had it's time for a while. Breakfast was poor. |

The hotel was fine if expensive for what it is but that's Norway i suppose. the breakfast buffet was fine if a little cramped at times. There was lots of renovation work going on and the building of extra rooms but it wasn't too noisy, one lift was out of commission causing congestion around breakfast time. |

Average standard, nothing to complain about. Hotel prices in Oslo are very high so I cannot say that this is value for money, but then again, where in Oslo would you find that? |

When I've booked the hotel nobody told me that works were going on to refurbish it. I found myself in a room that was devided from the outside just by a wall made of wood (???) and with an incredible noise coming from outside (see works). Terrible experience. |

It was quiet, and it was walking distance to interesting sites in Oslo. There was a lot of construction going on in the hotel's interior. I was not disturbed by the noise at all (in fact, I didn't hear the construction), but this caused the interior to have a very dingy look. Also, it meant that there was no Internet connection in the lobby. |

We had a discounted rate as we were staying for 4 nights, hence it was value for money in an expensive city like oslo. When we first arrived at the hotel around midnight, we were greeted by a the receptionist who was not the least happy at our presence. He even threw my credit card on the table when we were buzy filling up the forms!! Other staff in the morning were much friendlier. |

Good value for money, taking into account we were in Norway, which is a very expensive country. The locations is not very good, because even though it is not faraway from central station (about 10 minute walk), the surroundings were not particularly pleasant. |

The heat and lack of air conditioning in the room required the windows to be kept open but this made it impossible to sleep because of the noise from construction going on outside. One of the lifts was out of order. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was nice and there was a lot of options Only one elevator worked, renovations were going on and there was a lot of noise. There was no ice machine anywhere in the hotel. Cleaning staff didn't change the sheets after 4 days and I had to ask to have it done. Water was turned off for about 8 hours one of the days. |

The Hotel is very central with good public transport connections in and around Oslo The main isse was the breakfast, the facilities are far too small and people actually had to leave again as there was no space left. The room itself had no atmosphaere and also seemed dirty. It felt more like a cantine. The Reception as well as the Hotel Bar (if you can call it bar) were very basic. |
