Great breakfast, friendly staff, great shower, free good wifi.

Beds quite soft, but its not really an issue.

great staff, great place, i love bfast. staff wery friendly and helpful. I dont know name but guy from reception he spoke with us in lift and he was great , he did his job great

The location is great right at the harbor with many restaurants. There is a nearby public parking garage available. WiFi was free of charge.

WiFi was not working flawlessly, but it was working good most of the time (can be difficult for vpn or remote working but ok for browsing and email). Breakfast was a bit limited in terms of variety of food.

The location, quietness, staff helpfullness, good mattresses, nice breakfast room and decent included breakfast. I like the eco-friendly attitude: - only one duvet for a big bed if you are alone in the room - only one shower towel that they will actually not replace if you leave it on the hook (unlike most hotels that don't do it despite little signs) - soap/shampoo dispenser instead of small disposable plastic bottles

Some light fixtures had been removed above my bed and replaced and they did not take the pain to fill the screw holes and paint the wall. It looked a bit shabby. The price was high for the standard and facilities but reasonable for Stavanger.

Location, location, location! At the heart of the city. You can easily walk to old and new part of Stavanger. Many shops, restaurants and bars nearby. Also very close to the harbor and Norled's ferry terminal.

Silent environment, as it is located slightly outside most busy area of the city, but still walking distance.

The sink in my bathroom was clogged.

Location: so hard to find as it is hidden and right at the end of street Room is really small for 2 adults with 2 luggages I lost my key which I remember vividly that I dropped it on the floor but forgot to pick up. Upon asking the house keeping and reception, they did not find any left belonging in the room. I returned to the room to search, but nothing is found. Totally unacceptable. The only possibility is that, they found it but couldn't even bother and threw it away.

Modern quiet hotel right in the city centre with acceptable room size. Complimentary soup served in the evening, free tea and coffee.

The location was very good, near the port and the city! Breakfast was very good.and a friendly staff, which you do not find erey were in Norway!

The rooms were a bit on the small side

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice.

The rooms were very hot and had no air con or fans available. Too hot to sleep and because you are so close to town you couldn't sleep with the window open as it was too noisy. The rooms were very small and with a small travel cot next to the bed we could barely move in the room. There is only one room in the hotel with a bath (which was booked out) and so we couldn't bath our baby for the 5 days we were there. There was refurbishment work being done on the hotel (which we were not warned about before we booked our room) and so our room smelt of paint and chemicals the whole time we were there. Also loud banging and hammering all day long.

Your staff were very friendly and so helpful, in particular Lilia who did so much for us. Breakfast very good and also all the free coffee available downstairs, we would stay again. Although rooms were small it had all we needed and very comfy beds.

It was such a shame that we could not see the Havly Hotel in all it's glory with work being carried out outside, also workmen starting so early in the mornings 7am. We were not told.

It was clean and even when the cleaned your room they made sure to put things where you had them

The design gave you the feel of a students accommodation rather than a hotel
