Tolles Hotel: Nettes Personal, sehr schönes Zimmer, grandioses Frühstück (alles was man von einem Hotel erwartet PLUS Meeresfrüchte und Eier mit Speck). Fünf Minuten bis Fischmarkt und Hafen. |

Die Lage und Erreichbarkeit des Hotels waren positiv zu bewerten. Das Personal war freundlich und aufmerksam. Es waren Haare im Badezimmer! Eines der widerlichsten Dinge in einem Hotelzimmer! |

zentrale Lage, sauber,gut zu erreichen Zimmer zu klein, beim Frühstück wurde um 9:30 Uhr schon nichts mehr aufgefüllt (ich hatte mich so auf sauersüß eingelegte Heringsstücke gefreut, waren aber leer gegessen. Auf die Frage ob ich auch etwas bekommen könnte, sagte man mir aus der Küche unfreundlich nein! |

Die sehr zentrale Lage ist ideal für eine Stadtbesichtigung und mit einem reichhaltigen Frühstück bekommt man auch die nötige Grundlage hierfür. Fehlende Schallschutzfenster und Jalousien |

Good location and excellent breakfast. The lights fused in my first room, which was quite a small single, but I was immediately transferred to a slightly larger single room. Had to wait at reception several times while they dealt with other people. Perhaps two receptionist could work at checking-out time. |

We were taking an extra day after the Hurtigruten Classic voyage so that we had a chance to see Bergen. Your charges were less than the Radisson etc, the location was superb and the staff very helpful in terms of finding our way about and leaving luggage while we did so. |

It is quite conveniently situated, not far from the centre of Bergen. I was also allowed access to my room at mid-day, which was particularly helpful to me in the circumstances of my visit. The restaurant wasn't very attractive - it was more like a cafetaria. As far as I could see, there was no bar or lounge either in which guests could relax. It may be however that I misunderstood the nature of the hotel and its intended market when I made my reservation. |

Decent hotel with clean rooms, central location close to National Theatre, Oslo University and Royal Palace. Good breakfast buffet. Definitely not a luxury hotel but for the price I paid I would stay there again. I paid more than the price quoted on booking.com as the hotel added taxes. |

Very friendly hotel staff and excellent location!! The hotel is just off the fish market. As we just wanted to stay one night in Bergen, this hotel was the cheapest offer on booking.com at the time of our stay, which also granted a great location. The breakfast offered a variety of food and fresh bread. This hotel is a good value for price if you do not intend to stay more than a weekend. The TV did not work at the time of our stay. No air-conditioning and both windows in our room were broken and not to be opened. The room we stayed in was very small and not modern. This hotel is a good value for price if you do not intend to stay for more than a weekend. |

Location: close to the port and its fish market. Breakfast: one of the best buffet I ever saw (fishes, delicatessen, fruits, etc). Room: very very very small! Also equipped with a noisy fridge. Price: although it was a special price (reservation 48 hours before check-in), it costed 100€!!! |
