地下鉄の駅から近くて便利。従業員は親切だった。洗濯機で洗濯できたのがよかった。改装したばかりなのか、- きれいな部屋だった。 すべての部屋に洗濯機が付いていると思ったが、スイートのみだった（我々はアップグレードした）。洗濯用の- 洗剤がなかったので、購入して寄付してきた。立派なキッチンがあるが、コップ以外（お皿など）はすべて有料- でレンタルしなくてはならなかった。全体的に部屋が狭い。バスタブなし。 |

ホテル・スタッフの意識改革が必要と思います。彼らは、自らのホテルについて、これを家族が食糧を持ち込ん- で長期に滞在するアパート型宿泊として位置づけています。これでは、Best Western Hotel チェーンに属するホテルとは言えないと思います。 インターネット接続が突然切れたり、それへの対応が全くなかったり、2夜連続で夜中に火災報知機が鳴ったり- とさんざんでした。家族が廉価で長期に宿泊するための施設という意識がホテル・スタッフから抜けていないこ- とが明らかです。朝食の品揃えも、他のBest Western Hotel チェーンと比べて大いに見劣りします。残念ですが、ここは二度と宿泊したくありません。 |

地下鉄のToyen駅から近いので便利ですが、ホテルの入口があまり目立たないので最初はほんとにここでい- いのか迷いました。また、周りにレストランなどがあまりないのですが、部屋にはキッチンがあり近くにスーパ- ーもあるので、夜遅めについても買い物してきて部屋で食べることが出来ます。 |

The staff tried to be helpful when asked about the services. In some instances they did not know how to assist. See below. The wireless access to the Internet was not functioning properly yet the staff on duty said that it was. It was only the next day that the problem came to light. The checkout was confusing and I am not sure if I was charged correctly. Apparently my breakfast was prepaid for 6 days by my company (prepaid) yet I was asked to pay for three days when I checked out. This is not fully resolved yet. I will have to see what my company receipts actually say to know for sure. |

Rooms were excellent, specially beds were very comfortable. Room Facilities were also very good. Breakfast was not included in price and varity was very few. |

I like the location. I could park the car in surrounding areas. Save 26EUR for night. :) Very nice feature is double doors to the room with very good sound proof feature. Microwave in the room was OK but why there is cocking IR plate if there is no pan? Wifi was working for 5 min. than you have to disconnect and again connect. It will work for 5 min again. But when it is working than fast. :) The design is cold (specially blue LED lights in the corridor) and also floor in the room is cold. The fridge in the room did not freezed for a two days. Finally they changed it. :) |

I'm staying in this hotel for the 5th time. Very good ratio of price/quality. Newly rennovated and modern furnitured hotel. Every room is fully equipped with kitchen stuff: microwave, pots, fridge, oven, LCD TV and HDMI DVD Player, freen internet access. |

New hotel, very good location, comfortable rooms quiet and good breakfast included. They gave us better rooms than booked . Apartment with kitchen, laundry etc nice Rooms should be cleaned better |

Far enough from city center. Not seems a safe place. Wrong fire alarm after we slept in one night, vibration like earthquake in second night. Small electric shock from microwave oven. Cold rooms. |

very nice and calm, not noisy, good breakfast, small kitchen available in some rooms, a kettle to make some tea or coffee... the area is not so nice, and you have to take the train to join the city center |

The apartment was really nice and well designed We fight a lot to close the winodws everytime we get back in the room. The first time I went 4 times up and down (room and reception) cause was something missing all the time. Any kind of customer service at all. At the end the receptionist was "forgiving" to give the deposit back. Did not appreciate at all asknig the deposit whenever at the hotel, even f they copy my ID card. The staff does not know at all the two word "Customer Service" |

Nice rooms in a good location. There are not many hotels in Oslos eastside. It is a nice area to stay in, and this hotels is a good choice. The reseption was quite busy, and we had some small problems with our keycard. |

A good quality low priced hotel with excellent room amenities. The reception seemed rather disorganised and slow. Also the free wireless internet was not working properly which was very frustrating and meant I could not go out as planned one evening. |

On the whole it was pretty good all round fo the price. Although the furniture was coforale/well designed, rather too much of it hd been crammed into the room. Also, although there was a sink and hob, iron and ironing board, kettle, etc. there was no desk (or even dressing table that could serve as on) and this was a little inconvenient. |

It was the cheapest I could find in Oslo. Oslo is a very expensive city. Finding a good hotel, for a good price, is a very hard enterprise. Best Western Kampen is ok. The room could be more preserved: the window was broken, and so it was the bathroom door. The TV set was new, heater was working well and room had a regular size. It's not close to downtown, but as least there's a metro station two minutes walking. You can also find a bank and a post office, where you can exchange your money. Munch Museum is very near: just 5 minutes walking. As I said: it is OK, but do not expect that much. If you would like to visit Oslo as a tourist, then go a hotel more close to downtown, but remember: you're going to pay much more for the same room. |

The apartment was a decent size and well equipped. Fairly new and finished to a good standard. Good underground links to central Oslo from the station about 5 minutes walk away. With the caveats below, I would stay there again. It was not made clear that the kitchen in the apartment could only be used if a supplement was paid; this was misleading. The area between the tube station and the hotel is not pleasant at nights, lots of drunks and other undesirables hanging around; I was not threatened myself but I saw a fight between some youths. I would certainly not recommend the place to sole women travellers who expect to be back late. |

Friendly staff, clean hotel and room, quiet, room with balcony, all modern conveniences, even an iron and ironing board and a microwave was in the room. Non-smoking. Big hall and nice interior, suitable even for having a small meeting. I was given a twin room instead of single for the same price. Expensive parking in the hotel area. High beds - difficult for small children. I had some problem with my door locker. In addition to that, every time I had to put a lot of strength to open the door. Extra charge for kitchen utensils and the use of kitchen. |
