I needed a room for 6 people and did not expect to find two double beds and two singles. We then had to book an additional twin at extra cost. I also needed needed a receipt with all 6 names on it and was told in no uncertain terms that this was not possible.

Good hotel with proximity to city center and staff was very helpful.

charging 150 NOKs for the kitchen utensils.

Worst experiance amongst Oslo hotels ever. At arrival a group of 3 of ours was informed by the stuff that there has been some fludding and that we (3 grown-up man0 will be offered stay in one (tiny) room together... Co-incidentally, there is shipping convention in Lillestrom and virtually - there are no other hotell rooms in Oslo. Great! We stayed one night in Holmenkollen (exceptionally good!) and one - in Gardemoen. Never go for dubious htells like Kampen Apartment Hotell in Oslo...

In english: It's a terrible hotel, the service is poor, their staff are rude. So if you want change your sheet, you need ask it in reception desk and make it yourself, The location is bad: neither in the city center, nor good view. There don't have kichen tool, like dish, knife, and pan. The light in the corridor have a terrible colour, make us feel bad. The Hotel have a price list, and they will ask you pay for their missing items without explication, even it's not true!!!! That means if you take this Hotel, you will take the risk to pay no matter what they want, after you check out. We have stayed for at least 80 hotels, It's the worst, I have never seen such rude staffs. It's a hotel have no credit. En français: cet hôtel est très mauvais, les employés sont impolis et no professionnels. Comme un appartement hôtel, ils n'offrent pas les outils de cuisine. La lumière en le couloir est très bizarre, il nous fais mal. De plus, cet hôtel n'a pas le crédit, nous avons des expériences de plus 80 hôtels, nous n'avions jamais vu un hôtel comme ça. 这是一家没有水准，骗钱的酒店，永远不要入住！！！！

All the rooms very clean and comfortable. Apartament was really amazing

The kichen stuff arent in the kicken and u need to pay for it. Not very good :|

the bed is good.and price is good compare to Oslo hotels.

first the location is not near the central station.its near Toyen station. also, the light in the Corridors is not good and harm the eyes. some rooms face to the road are noisy and cant sleep after 8 a.m

This is an apartment hotel threfore all necessary appliances areavailable to heat/ cook you own food and save a lot of money if you want to. The hotel is neat and clean with nice bathrooms and bedrooms.

The main disadvantage is that it is 15 min walk from central station which is not convenient when you carry bags.

Everything I needed and only 2 stops on the t bane. Price was good ( for Oslo!)

Key card did not work well and I had to go down to reception twice - the receptionist was very helpful the second time

Again I have stayed at a hotel with a very unstable and slow internet. For periods not working at all. As a visitor in Norway I do not have a low cost account on a local mobile internet that I can use. Good Internet quality, resonable price, central location and cleanness are four important things that I value when I travel. All are equally important.

I came from uk to experience the beautiful Norway and visited Oslo with my dear friend only for a few days. Have to say my stay in this hotel was comfortable and cozy. I was pleasantly suprised by the quality for such a low room rent price. Hotel seems to be newly established, mordern and has a luxury style. My friends were telling me about pricy hotels in Oslo that are very old and low quality, but I have to say this was definitly an exception. Thumbs up- we do recomend this one.

i liked everything--the price, the location, the comfort, the design. i extended my stay and returned to the same hotel throughout my trip because i liked it.

i thought the staff was cold and most of them not very service-minded. but a couple of people were really nice and did their job in a great way and exceeded my expectations. i did not like the fact that there was a mandatory surcharge for the sheets, which was never mentioned on the site or booking process until i actually got to the hotel.
