The beds and the nice city view of the dinning room...
The breakfast... Not enough food and juice when the room was full of guests... The location (up the hill) could be a problem if you carry many luggages.
The location and the view, especially the balcony on the reception's floor, good for watching Northern Light.
The room: small and seems a bit dirty and I think I should have allocated a better as there were only, I think, not more than 5 units being occupied that night.
Room in the attic line, stunning views
The walk up the hill from Main Street, very steep!
hotel is clean, cozy and feel at home
located at top of hill, not easy to reach walking with luggage
Well designed spacious family room. Good breakfast.
Climb up the hill
Extra assistance & help from staff Kristina in booking eurail train tickets.
Coffee/tea not kept hot during day.
Fantastic breakfast. Room was big enough for two but no more.
Staff, view, price, family room had lots of space. Beds were comfortable, breakfast excellent, fantastic views.
Twin room was slightly cramped with lots of luggage. Would have been fine if we'd had less luggage.
excellent breakfast helpful staff view of the city
Really friendly and welcoming host, excellent recommendations for local walks and where to eat, convenient location - and the most amazing sunset from the rooftop balcony overlookng the harbour, sea and Lofoten beyond. Stylish decor including some great hiostoric black and white photos on the walls. Breakfast was the best we had in Scandavia!
The breakfast balcony is lovely and the receptionist was kind
It was difficult to sleep in a full day light in a hot room w/o sun blocking cartons
Outside area. Panoramic view from dining room
Lack of lift.
Good location and moderately priced. It was no problem to put in a crib so we could sleep 5 in a room. Fairly spacey room with bunk beds, good for a family.
We were on the lowest floor and the window was very difficult to close properly so we were a bit worried about leaving our things in the room. Also the view is much nicer from higher floors.
We enjoyed the breakfast as much as the view, the midnight sun as much as the friendsly staff!
Excellent location, in the heart of the city! Excellent proper panorama camera! Excellent terrace for your friends!
Location. Beutifull view from the window
Booked a double room and got a very small single room plus camp bed so literally no room to move, put bags etc. Was very expensive for what it was. Definitely not worth it.
Location abowe centrum
Very small room. Breakfeast was not available at all (8:30). No staff arrived before we left 8:45 (breakfeast was inc. !) Extremely bad feeling to continue Holiday towards north.
We liked the friendly staff and the excellent service. The room was nice with a beautiful view and the breakfast was very good.
Quaint hotel, more like a B&B. Great views of city and mountains. Walking distance to town. Each room unique. Nice breakfast. Clean throughout
If you are there without a car it is a steep walk up an incline. We had a shower that leaked water under the door, a plumber did come to fix it but the issue wasn't completely resolved.
Quirky, wonderful little guesthouse, with a great view!! We arrived late at night and staff made sure we could enter and get our key without reception being open (personalized service!). Our room was on the top floor, with a killer view, and we liked the funny furnishings. Breakfast was a great convenience and was good, and the dining room had another beautiful view. Staff even found a place for us to store my son's luggage even though he didn't stay there, as he had been studying abroad in Narvik for almost a year and was checking out of his dorm room. I must admit though, that the walk up the hill with our luggage was an adventure, but seems that everyone in Narvik walks up hills with no problem, it was a good workout, and worth the view. I would highly recommend Breidablikk Guesthouse to anyone who likes to stay in unusual and quirky places, and appreciates friendly and helpful staff.
This guesthouse had a very cosy sitting room with a fire and wonderful view of the Narvik Harbour. Tea and coffee and biscuits were provided there. The breakfast room was also very pleasant and had a great view.
Room and bathroom were very small and basic. The house has many stairs up and down and is reached by a steep roadway. Only for the fit person.
The view was amazing. The staff was very helpful and polite.
The toilet was really small
Central to Narvik, great views from breakfast room.
beautiful view of harbour for coffee and breakfast
our room opened onto the street where vehicles would be very noisy
