I had my bag stolen just before I arrived at the hotel whilst trying to find the hotel. The staff were so helpful and kind to me even lending me the receptionist's own personal phone charger. The breakfast was good too. I would have liked a full lengh mirror in the hotel room |

Very good breakfast. Heritage decorations, including pictures, statues and tapestries. Gym was good, though hard to find. Very good location for exploring Oslo. Disappointed that the grill restaurant was closed for summer. Air conditioning was not great but we were comfortable enough with the window open. |

The unusual decor and the piano bar (in the evening) The buffet breakfasts: poor choice & the coffee was so strong it was undrinkable. a selection of coffees (lattes, capuccinos etc) should be available, and table service would be preferable |

Hyggelig velkomst i resepsjonen, kl. 07-00, vi fikk et rom med én gang, og adgang til frokosten. Veldig bra service, for 2 godt voksne, bevegelseshemmede damer på Oslo-tur! |

Vi var veldig fornøyd med alt egentlig; vakkert interiør skapte en helt særegen atmosfære. Vi hadde ønske om et stille rom, noe vi også fikk :) |

Oppholdet på Thon Hotel Bristol var utmerket. Fikk en gunstig sommerpris. På grunn av ledig kapasitet og medlemsskap i hotellkjeden (Thon Member) oppgraderte hotellet til en høyere romstandard. Generelt trivelig og serviceinnstilt personale. Hotellet bærer preg av å være et hotell med historie og sjel. Luksuspreg overalt på hotellet. Pianobaren med bibliotek og Chesterfield-møbler står i en særklasse. |
