Magnificent lobby and bar although all tables in the lobby restaurant were often reserved which was problematic when my colleagues came from another hotel for lunch I had to move rooms as I was initially put in a room which overlooked a pub called The London Pub which was noisy and played music until 4am and kept me aweake all night. I asked to be moved and was subsequently put into a lovely quiet room.

The staff were super helpful and friendly! And the breakfast buffet rocked! The bathroom wasn't that luxurious and the towels could have been a lot softer. Also, no conditioner was provided, no hotel robes and no ironing board and iron.

We arrived late at night and the reception staff were most helpful. Very prompt with bringing extra towels, ordering taxis. Beautiful reception/lounge area - thought we were in a palace. Breakfast was exceptional in a beautiful old dinning room. The lifts were old and very small. The room was lovely but very small. and the bathroom was extremely small.

god service av kelnere. vakkert og behagelig værelse. stilfult hotel. behagelig atmosfære. fint om personalet spør gjestene på forhånd om de ønsker dusj eller badekar på sine værelsers bad. Det er vanskelig for eldre å komme opp i et badekar for å dusje.

Die Lage war super, mitten in der Stadt, 5 min. zur S-Bahn, 1 min. zum Flughafenbus. Das Frühstück war fantastisch, eine superschöne Hotellobby, trotz der Kälte (bis -18 Grad) war das Zimmer angenehm warm.

Atmosfæren! Frukosten. Pene, komfortable rom med gode senger. Bra med parkett på rommet og ikke tepper! Flott hotell som gir en god følelse. Litt for varmt på rommet, men heldigvis gikk det helt fint med åpent vindu. Ikke noe støy. Bra!

Bor alltid på Bristol når vi er i Oslo. God atmosfære, stilfullt, nyyyydelig frokost (har ikke spist noe annet der), serviceinnstilt, venlig og hjelpsom betjening. Ligger sentrumsnært, samtidig som du er skjermet for den verste støyen.
