Keys are handled in security boxes, so, no need to way for anyone to get the keys. Quiet place, next to the biggest park in Oslo. |

I was there only one night with my family, but I enjoy for the space and comfort. The Apaprtment in Oslo is near one beautiful park, the Vigeland park, and the walk to the center is not complicated. |

Clean, easy to find, close to public transport, well equiped with dishwasher, oven etc... dishwasher tablets for short stay would be appreciated as well as info about Oslo and area, a bit far from the center (7-10 min by Bus) |

Availability of a 2 bedroom suite as opposed to having to book 2 separate rooms. No toaster or microwave. This did not affect us as we were only there one night but would have had we been staying longer. |

Very nice small apartment with modern decoration and equipment with 2 bedrooms and full kitchen f(incl. dishwasher) or family with 2 children at same price as only one hotel room with a lot more space. It even has a washing machine. The building was not well sound insulated. Noise (tv/music) from other rooms. |

Great location near Frogner Park. Enough space, clean, good when traveling with family. Spartan furniture, minimal, eg just white walls,no decoration, one bedside lamp for whole bedroom , no supply of soap/shampoo. Just little things would make it so much more wellcoming. |

Nice size apartment, fair price, had most of what I required, clean and easy access to most parts of town. Great lazy boy armchair in living space! Only negatives, wireless signal was very weak in my room, no real desk to work from |

Oslo is beautiful, and the neighborhood was great, just a step from the park. Easy to get around with public transport, and Oslo restaurants are amazing. The hotel features standard ikea furnitures, and generally not a big deal, the presentation on the website makes it look way better. The bedroom is very very tiny, the beds are extremely narrow, and the "double bed" is 2 tiny, narrow single beds put together. So if you like to snuggle with your wife, then this is not your hotel. Shower is also small, and uncomfortable. No elevator, so it's a healthy exercise to get 2 huge luggages up to the 3rd floor. I can't imagine what elderly people would do. :) |

Apartment was very clean, comfortable and extremely quiet We really enjoyed our stay here -- great beds as well It would have been helpful if a list and map was supplied with location of grocery store and perhaps a list of average prices of general items so that your guests from other countries would be able to determine what is considered reasonable prices for groceries. Also it would be helpful if we could purchase a small amount of laundry detergent upon check in or from the office |

Clean, comfortable and in a lovely part of Oslo. Bring your own toilet paper, washing powder and dishwasher tablets! No curtains in living area and bedroom curtains hanging off rails (we stayed in 2 different rooms and all the same. Lighting poor- only light for 2nd bedroom on the windowsill behind curtains! |

Staffs are friendly. The room was pretty much clean. Laundry machine and perfect kitchen (with four IH electric cooker!) are available. It is like quite a bit confortable "home". A bit far from subway station (ca. 10min), but you can take trum in 2 min-distance. And also reachable on foot to National theater in the center. |

spaciness, good style, if the above mentioned details are changed, there is no reason not to recommend the place things were missing int the kitchen, no dishtowels, dishwasher tablets, no salt or pepper, no paper towels, not enough light reduction for the night in the sleeping rooms, ikea furniture not really the standard for a good and costly appartment hotel |

Extremely good location, nice and quiet sorroundings. Proximity to public transport is definitely an advantage. No elevator..it would be nice to have one as it becomes a bit difficult to carry luggages all the way up after a long travel. Lights in the bedroom were not working. No soaps provided. No intercom in the apartment. |
