Chateau Apartments    

We liked the apartment which was large and had 2 toilets and 2 bedrooms. We also loved the location in a quiet street only 2 tram stops away from city centre. It was good value for money.

The apartment did not have enough hooks in the bathroom or shelves for toiletry.. It also did not have a toilet paper holder so we had to place the toilet role on top of the trash bin. Further the drainage in the toilet was not good so water collected in the shower cubicle after each bath and never drained out totally.

TV works fine

Everything else! Starting with lousy service, or call it unfriendly. More like a cell in a clean prison, if you mean the rooms itself. No comfort, changed to a decent hotel next day.

Neet and simple

The room was in the cellar, overlooking fence, too many firedoors and stairs to force with luggage to get to the room.

Full size fridge, clean, spacious, ample tv stations in English, laundry facilities available, though limited between the hrs. Of 1700-2100. Staff willingness to help with washing machine. Staff were friendly when available.

Office hours at reception are limited. If you have a problem at certain hrs. You have a problem. Don't forget your access numbers for front door or to your room. Dryer was not working. Had to dry clothes in room. They will give you something to hag them on. Hotel was a little out of the way from city center. Walkable but you don't want to be carrying much or towing luggage.

There were 8 of us and we stayed in the apartment for 8 people. The apartment is on two floors. Space is huge. The hotel is close to the center - no more than 20 minutes to the center. Bus and tram station is 2 minutes away.

The apartment was very big and fresh. Complete and fully furnished kitchen. Comfortable beds. Big windows and a lot of light. Walking distance to the city center.

Bed sheets and towels are quite rough. There is no basic cleaning equipment and no toilet brush.

Nice kitchen but should have oil provided. The staff is kind and trying to solve the problem when we got some problem with the room.

Fantastic amount of space in the appartment with comfortable beds. Two bathrooms with wet room facilities were great. Staff were friendly and helpful eg were very quick to sort out an internet access problem. Appartment was also nice and warm. Location also good - plenty of food shops (and tram links) within a few minutes walk. The city centre was easily walkable but had good tram links. Will use the appartments again on futuer visits.

Kitchen could have done with more equipment however it enough for us to cook full meals each night. Comfortable seating was not really adequate for 4 but ok for 3

Nice sized apartment, plenty of room. Clean.

Only one toilet, as 8 person apartment, could've done with 2nd toilet. 3 of the bedrooms didn't have separate doors & you had to walk thro 1 or 2 rooms to get in or out. In fairness it wasn't a problem for us as we were only there for one night & arrived late.

Great price for what you get, easy 15-20 minute walk to city centre, huge apartments with great living space

Pillows are horrible, construction work going on from 7am every morning, beds could be more comfortable

The location is good, close to Grünerløkka, one of the hippest parts of Oslo. The Studio also has a full kitchen and is quite spacious.

A bit of a walk from public transportation, and the cleaner the use does not have the most agreeable of ordures...

The flat was really comfortable , the situation of the flat good.

It was missing one bathroom; it was writing on internet.

The location is great.The apartments are really big.

The telephone number on the main door which you are supposed to call to check in is not the right number. No one answers your call and you just stand in front of the door for hours out in the cold waiting someone to come out or get in.

Great location just 5 min walk from the Central Bus Station. The apartments are really big and cosy...

Beds are old and the linens are almost torn apart...

Hello! We stayed at these apartments. We love the location. Very quietly beside a river and have a lot ducks! The hotel is very clean and friendly personal.My recommend staying at this hotel!
