Food in the restaurant was lovely and the staff friendly and helpful. The room was large and comfortable, and not too hot as many hotels are. We were really looking forward to the hot tub but it was out of order when we came. We found someone else's dirty sock under our bed! |

Very warm welcome from nice people Unfortunatly, it's been a pity to get bill because parking in front of the hostel as no one told us about it when we arrived by night and under the snow |

The use of the jacuzzi and sauna within the hotel included with the room price. The restaurant was very good, both the trans-continental breakfast feast each day, and the lunch and dinner options. A very early (5am) departure was met with no fuss, a swift check out and a breakfast bag for each of us. We would have liked to have a kettle in the room! There was building work going which started quite early some mornings, though hotel staff did say it wasn't in there building, and were trying to rectify the problem. That the windows didn't open. |

There was no tea making facility. We were confused with the minibar items because some of the miniber iems were spread the around the table like complimentary items (2 small bottles of wine, chocolate bars etc.). We had to pay for those because we thought those were complimentary items , confusing! |

dejligt værelse (men med trist udsigt) med central beliggenhed i forhold til mit marathonløb. skønt med spa på toppen, bare trist at den ikke virkede... udsigten var så trist at jeg nok ikke vil bo der igen. Kræver jo at hele bygningen bliver lavet om |

The breakfast was very good and the hotel is in the heart of the city. Very good location. It's not a very nive hotel. It's on the bayside, but not more than some rooms are facing to the bay, the rest to the neighbour houses. |

Oli oikein mukava hotelli. Pienessä viihtyisessä kaupungissa. Oli mini baariin jäänyt edellisen asukkaan katkaravut,joka ei tietenkään mikä iloinen yllätys ollut. Sitten olimme varanneet yö vääräksi päiväksi niin saimme maksaa tupla hinnan yöstä. |

Bra beliggenhet,flott utsikt utover havet. Hyggelig personale.Ikke kø verken på innsjekk eller utsjekk. Ikke noe problem å sjekke inn før 12. Er ikke så glad i spare dusj og håndklene er i minste laget. |

Jeg synes senga og frokosten var slik som man må forvente av et 4stjernes hotell. Alt for dårlig renhold til å være et slikt hotell,baren burde være åpen og tilgjengelig i helgene. |
