中心部に近く、とても便利です。朝食も名産を取り入れるなど豊かでした。コネクトのツイン２つにしてもらえ- て、大きい子連れの旅行も楽しく過ごせました。スタッフの対応もとても気持ちのよいものでした。屋上のジャ- グジーは無料で、眺めがよく、サウナもありリラックスできました。水着を持参、または購入もできます。 |

立地は空港バスの発着場からも近く問題なし。 隣のバーが夜中の3時まで大音響で音楽を流し、すごい騒音で全く眠れなかった。白夜を楽しむ気持ちは分かる- が、旅行者には辛かった。移動途中で寝るだけと思って取ったホテルだっただけに残念。 |

Hotel was quiet, in a good location, breakfast was excellent, with a good selection of hot and cold foods. Tea, coffee and hot chocolate provided throughout the day, however I did not realise this until the last day as this was hidden away behind a wall in reception. Jacuzzi was always free when we went up to it, despite all reviews saying it's lucky if you get a dip into it.Rooms also very spacious and comfy beds No tea or coffee making facilities in the room, this would have been great due to the cold weather in Norway in winter. Also, up on the roof at the Jacuzzi, some time could have been spent clearing ice away from the steps and door to the jacuzzi incase of slips and falls. Apart from that the hotel and place was excellent, would come back again! |

The location is beautiful and the hot tub is great lack of wardrobe/storage for clothes in the rooms. No bathrobes or slippers provided for the hot tub |

Hotel administration persons were very kind; breakfast meal was tasty and fresh. 1.There was small, dusty room without extra bed for our child (nobody had read the additional information in confirmation list)!!! 2.If the windows are closed, conditioning system - bad working. If open - very, very noisy and therefore difficult to fall asleep. 3.No wardrobe. 4. Sauna was hardly warm at 9 p.m. All those things do not correspond to 4 stars rate hotel. |

Food in the restaurant was lovely and the staff friendly and helpful. The room was large and comfortable, and not too hot as many hotels are. We were really looking forward to the hot tub but it was out of order when we came. We found someone else's dirty sock under our bed! |

The use of the jacuzzi and sauna within the hotel included with the room price. The restaurant was very good, both the trans-continental breakfast feast each day, and the lunch and dinner options. A very early (5am) departure was met with no fuss, a swift check out and a breakfast bag for each of us. We would have liked to have a kettle in the room! There was building work going which started quite early some mornings, though hotel staff did say it wasn't in there building, and were trying to rectify the problem. That the windows didn't open. |

At rommet svarte til mine forventninger når det gjelder størrelse og komfort. At jeg i god tid i forveien kunne velge hvor rommet skulle ligge i hotellet, og at det er lang åpningstid på sauna og bad på taket. Det bør være noen som kan ordne med mat tidlig dersom kokken av en eller annen grunn ikke møter på jobb, f.eks søndag morgen. |

Hyggelig personell:) fint med sauna og avslappingsrom:) Bedre vask av rom, var mye vin søl på gardiner og gulv, samt att det var fritt for pålegg lenge før kl.11 og brødene var tørre... Ellers greit. |

Sentral beliggenhet, og et delikat og hyggelig hotel. Personalet var smilende, og jeg fikk inntrykk av at de likte den jobben de hadde. De var også behjelpelig med å finne ut av spørsmål jeg hadde. Fikk inntrykk av å være velkommen. God frokostbuffé. |
