酒店的设计就是个大的船舶博物馆，非常新颖，自助晚餐和早餐也相当丰富可口。

房价和挪威物价一样让人心痛，所以不太适合想非常省钱旅行的游客。

Very nice room with comfortable bed and TV with large amount of channels.

Staff were very helpful and attentive. We felt very at home. Interesting display of whaling/fishing history. It is very clean and tidy. Sandefjord is a beautiful town, especially in the depths of winter. The Airport is a very short journey away and the hotel is a few minutes walk from the train station. Good value for money in comparison with other local hotels.

Couldn't find the sauna and were not told where it was/opening times when we checked in.

The staff is amazing, had email contact prior to stay and fast and very friendly/ warm answers. All staff at hotel was nice, helpful and caring. The location was good, easy to find to. The room was very quiet, clean, comfortable bed, big TV, floor heating in bathroom. Nice evening buffet, fresh fruit, coffee and got breakfast package as we had to leave early. Thank you very much!

The pub on the street side where I had my room, on the weekends there was some late night patrons that stayed out late, otherwise it was very quiet in the area. I don't get any bonus points for being a Clarion member since I booked with booking.com. Sad.

The breakfast was great.

I couldn't connect to the internet over the "free" wireless service. We asked the staff for the password two times,but it didn't work. They gave us the same password, double checked which was useless.. They should make it simpler,and give the correct password when you check in, and not wait for the client to call reception for it..

Convenient location and relatively easy to get to from Torp Airport (shuttle bus, very short train journey, very short walk from station) - however, not much to see or do in Sandefjord itself - I think it would have been a good location for visiting places near to Sandefjord and hiking, etc but little of interest in the town. There are fjord trips but they only run for a short period and were not running when I was there (end August). Would recommend going straight to Oslo and skipping Sandefjord.

Hotel was ok but overpriced. Also, I booked this on Booking.com but found out, too late, that it was on the Ryanair hotel website at a considerably lower cost, so was rather disappointed to have to pay the much higher booking.com price.

Great hotel in Great location.

Staff very helpful, rooms good size and very clean, restaurant is unusual as this is based on a whaling theme. Waffles/cream/jam in the afternoon were a delight Spent a lovely 3 days at this hotel and would definitley return

Location, rooms and service level impeccable. The Breakfast and Dinner Buffet was very well presented and of good quality. Very good value for money.

The staff were incredibly friendly and let us check in early which was a great bonus. The room was very nice and the rest of the hotel was so well cared for, We loved the waffles that you got to make yourself!

I really enjoyed making my own waffles and coffee. I also found the inclusive meal deal very practical and economical. The design of the hotel and the nautical/whaling features were really interesting. It was also convenient to leave my luggage in a secure room before I was able to check in.

The staffs manner was curt but efficient and not particularly friendly.

Best thing is that you do not need to go out and eat when you stay there with the waffles in the afternoon and the simple, but nice, evening meal. I can't stand going out alone to eat when I'm on business trips and try to choose Clarion Collection when I can. Rooms big and comfortable.

The bathroom should be equiped with cotton pads, q-tips, good shampoo and some body lotion. I also appreciate when there is some shoe shine equipment in the room.

Supper meal included, and fresh waffels when we arrived. Interesting dinner rooms, special atmosphere.

Stairs with no possibility to use elevator

Altfor varmt på rommet og det var umulig å ha vinduet åpent grunnet støy utenfor. Støy fra pub sørget for ødelagt nattesøvn.

vaflene, kveldsbuffe med dessert, moderne rom, ligger rett i sentrum,

ikke noe jeg ikke likte.

Veldig serviceinnstilt og vennlig personale, flott hotell med flere måltider inkl i prisen. Super beliggenhet.

Hotellet tilbyr babyseng som, etter vårt syn, ikke kan benyttes da den mangler tilfredsstillende madrass. Å såve i den vil være det samme som å såve på gulvet.. Opplevde akkurat det samme på et annet Choice hotell senere på samme tur (til sammenligning fikk vi en babyseng med skikkelig madrass i på et annet hotell /annen kjede samme turen). Synes det er svært skuffende at Choice-kjeden mener at komforten til våre barn ikke er viktig. Ikke å anbefale til småbarnsfamilier.
