When we got to the hotel they had no record of our booking ,and it took some time to sort out it out. They were fully booked, but they had a sister hotel around the corner, so we had to go there instead. That was disappointing, but the staff were very helpful

The evening supper was a delightful bonus.

We had a very nice room which was a little on the small side not helped by our luggage but nicely furnished and well thought out. An evening meal was included in the price and the hotel itself had a nice feel to it.

It was quite noisy, doors constantly banging. The cost of the parking.

It was quiet, intimate hotel in a very good location. Evening meal and snack during the day were a big plus.

the reception staff were very very good, most helpful in every way.

the dining room staff were very rude and unhelpful, tables were not cleared after breakfast no were to sit and they kept running out of hot food.

Good place, friendly and helpful staff

In common with some other hotels in Scandinavia, the description of double bed is better replaced with wide single! Be aware and book a twin room not a double as the beds are narrow and the "queen" double was 140cm (ie standard double) not the expected 160cm. The first room we got was undoubtably a single room with a wide bed and was very small for the price. We swtiched to a twin room after the first night which was much better. The included evening meal was very poor so unless you are strapped for cash eat elsewhere in the evening.

Historical building and interesting pictures on walls.Clean and comfortable room. Easy walking distance from the city center. We enjoyed afternoon waffles at check-in time,tasty breakfast and evening meal .

It's beautiful place! We are absolutely wondered by this historical hotel. We will recommend Clarion Collection Hotel Bakeriet all our friens and relatives.

There was not any view from window.

Room was good, - quiet, bathroom was good. Parking was expensive but convenient. Location was excellent. Lift was good. It looked good.

The "dinner" meal was strangely of a poor quality in contrast to the standard of services offered by the rest of the hotel. Quite a contrast.

It was a surpriced that supper was included in the price.Great!!

Location Evening meal included in the price

The idea of including the evening meal into the price of the room is great. Both the evening meal and the breakfast offer a variety of meals. The rooms are pretty big and can boast an iron and an ironing board – a great thing not offered in all hotels unfortunately. The hotel offers private underground parking places (for additional prices though).

This is not the hotels fault so I have decided not to let it affect the overall rating of the hotel – but there is no place to park the car for the period of check in. I would suggest the city authorities to give the hotel a couple of places in front of the entrance for a ten-minute free parking during check in. The street on which the hotel is located is pretty busy and it is hard to find a spot even though it is not free of charge.

Incredibly good manager who helped with everything. First Hotel we encountered that included a modest but adequate evening meal and afternoon snack in addition to the usual breakfast buffet.

The recovered structure of the former bakery is beautifull. The rooms are well furnished even if pretty small. The pictures showing the former bakery are nice.

The radiator for towel and the fridge were out of order. The drainage of the sink did not discharge properly.. The bed was not arranged for the second night of the stay. During the first evening meal the soup was finished and nobody cared to provide some more of it.

The recovered nice edifice, the evening meal, the location in the centre of the city, the garage availability.

The room was very hot, without air conditioning

The principle of a free dinner is a regular feature in a Clarion Collection hotel. However, the chance to make your own waffles for tea is a real bonus.

Free availability of bycicles to make à tour in Trondheim. Free tea-time in the afternoon and large breakfast buffet included.

Dinner was included, but.... half way the evening, the food got finished already. The replacement with spare&fast food was not nice. The electricity facilities in the room to charge the batteries of mobiles and cameras are very poor.

The hotel provided a good breakfast, lovely waffles for afternoon tea and a decent selection for dinner all included in the room price .

Good bed, breakfast and evening meal deal. Free bikes! Brillient afternoon waffles.

Room and beds a bit small, exepcially as this was a "queen" room.

Great location on a quiet street. Excellent staff. Great breakfast room. Lite supper was good (especially considering the high price of food in Norway). Free bikes were available.

Weather was good (unusual in Norway), and there was a party near the hotel. The hotel staff tried to quiet it down. This did not work--but they brought up ear plugs!
