夕食ブッフェがついているのはありがたかった。ロビーや朝食ルームの内装などはよかった。

フロントでは、このサイトで予約済みにもかかわらず、予約が入ってないと言われた。そういう場合もよいホテ- ルではさっと対応してくれるのに、ここは予約がないの一点張り。泊まれないのは困るので、強めの態度に出た- ら、やっと空いている部屋を用意してくれた。しかしその部屋が改築中の階で、エレベーターをおりたら壁紙の- ない道具など置いてある廊下を歩いた。もちろん部屋自体は改築中ではなかったが、居心地がよいとは言えない- 。

Central, close to the main station and harbor. The hotel offers a light dinner, good, because very high prices in the restaurants.

It's a good 3 star hotel, but never a four star hotel: very small rooms, 2 qm bathrooms and no service during the breakfast or the light dinner. You have to clean up your table for yourself.

It was good value close to the city centre and easy access to railway, by two overbridges via the Opera House. It has a free afternoon/evening meal.

The hotel was very comfortable, with some interesting pieces of furniture in both the rooms and the public areas and decor that was rather less bland than in most chain hotels. Having tea and coffee constantly available was very welcome, as was the complementary evening buffet, given the heart-stopping prices of restaurants in Oslo. The staff were charming and helpful and the hotel's location, just a few minutes walk from the railway station, was very convenient.

The dining room and the floor on which we were staying were being redecorated during our stay. This caused a bit of noise and disruption.

the upgrade to our room was the only good thing, Agnotha and Gesa were wonderful beyond all odds with the mess they had to deal with

upon check i our room was discovered to have been given to some one else, the next room was not atll acceptable construction at door, hall amess, no carpet, smell of paint , adhesives, all matters concerning construction, impossible to breath air, finally shown a good roomupgrade at no additional cost. therest of the hotel was in shambles, litlle to no lobby, dinning room was a barren ugly make do room due to renovation as well. was never advised of limits of hotel nor was it reflected in cost. if not for the upgrade and help by Gesa and Agnotha we would have only been happy to go elsewher exept arrival was at 23:00

Coffee and waffles available all the day. The light free buffet for dinner is quite correct and very convenient when you do not want to go away.

This hotel is very close to a highway. My room was very noisy. Those of my colleagues too. I used my ear stopper but it was not sufficient. I could hear the trafic!!! I advise you to ask for a quiet room. It seems to me unacceptable to find out a four stars hotel having rooms which are not insulated.

This is an absolute gem and a bargin in an expensive city, my girfriend and I have just returned and were almost going to change hotel after reading reviews describing the area as being like a red light district. I'm so glad we didn't as this is a major exageration in our weekend here we seen nothing of the sort and never felt anxious or uneasy walking back to the hotel at night.

Free waffles and evening buffet added to the generally pleasant and homely atmosphere.
