Da eficiencia e simpatia dos funcionários e das refeições disponibilizadas gratuitamente. Do horário do pequeno-almoço. Além dos waffles ter pão e poder fazer torradas das 15 as 18h e ter sempre uma refeição ligeira quente á noite (das 18 as 21h). |

Coffee and waffles available all the day. The light free buffet for dinner is quite correct and very convenient when you do not want to go away. This hotel is very close to a highway. My room was very noisy. Those of my colleagues too. I used my ear stopper but it was not sufficient. I could hear the trafic!!! I advise you to ask for a quiet room. It seems to me unacceptable to find out a four stars hotel having rooms which are not insulated. |

It was an amazing hotel. Some of the friendliest staff I have ever encountered. A very cozy interior, with a free tea/coffee machine - guests welcome to use at any time. The hotel also allows guests to make waffles between 15:00 an 18:00, which is definitely the first time I encountered something like this! The hotel could do with robes and slippers. |

This is an absolute gem and a bargin in an expensive city, my girfriend and I have just returned and were almost going to change hotel after reading reviews describing the area as being like a red light district. I'm so glad we didn't as this is a major exageration in our weekend here we seen nothing of the sort and never felt anxious or uneasy walking back to the hotel at night. |

Lovely beds! Very nice room. No view, but also very quit. We stayed at the back of the hotel. When you only are in a hotel for sleeping, it is way enough. None. However, I disagree with some people who had problems with prostitutes. Yes there are a lot prostitutes, but that counts for a very large area of the city centre. There were also a lot on Karel Johans Street for example. This is an Oslo problem, not specific for this hotel. |

Capable staff, good food and hot drinks available almost all day even though no restaurant. A bit too "child friendly" on the weekend for me; children took priority for food and coffee/chocolate maker and kept pushing all buttons on the only guest lift (I was on the 8th floor!). |

The light meal in dinner time and 24 hours coffer service. This is very valuable service. The variety of foods were enough for me. And the dining room is comfortable. The room has no air-conditioning controls, and the ventilation air was very cold. It was terrible cold in the night on the middle of September! Fortunately the receptionist was very helpful, so we could have borrowed an oil-heater and it worked very well. Only this things offended us. |

Very child-friendly, good food, plenty of free refreshments, good location. Oslo in general is very expensive, so this hotel was no different to the others. |

Free fruits, tea and coffe on the reseption 24 hours! Free dinner (including juice and water). Free desert at 3 p.m.! Location is great, just in the city center! Central condition - so you can't regulate the temperature in the room yourself. Beds in the room are small and too soft. Funiture, lift, capet, lamps and a lot of things is too old and most of them need to be changed. |

there is a free tea and coffee down stairs, as well as some light meal for late arrivors there are only the plastic cups in the room, it would be better to use proper cups |

friendly staff, light dinner in the evening included in the price was very good room was absolutely dirty. Floor hadn't been cleaned for weeks. Many prostitutes in the streets in front of the hotel, but they did not cause any problem. |
