В случае аннуляции позднее этого срока или в случае незаезда взимается 100% от стоимости первой ночи проживания
Размещение детей и предоставление дополнительных кроватей
При размещении всех детей младше 2 лет на детских кроватях взимается NOK 250,00 за весь период проживания.
При размещении всех детей младше 12 лет на имеющихся кроватях проживание им предоставляется бесплатно .
При размещении всех детей старшего возраста или взрослых на дополнительных кроватях взимается NOK 250,00 с человека за ночь.
Максимальная вместимость дополнительных/детских кроватей в номере - 2.
Дополнительные кровати предоставляются по запросу. Требуется подтверждение со стороны отеля о предоставлении данной услуги.
Дополнительные услуги не включаются автоматически в общую стоимость и оплачиваются отдельно в отеле.
Домашние животные
Размещение домашних животных не допускается.

It has its own spirit, as hard as it is to explain this hotel is very special, with a very pleasant staff members who will help and assist with anything you need; lovely sitting areas on the ground floor where you can spend some nice time having a complimentary cup of tee or coffee; nice clean rooms and perfect location to visit the city. Our room was a bit small but comfortable so basicly I did like everything. Do not expect full luxury though! It is still a relatively cheap hotel! |

The hotel is clean, well located and provides an evening meal of one main dish, which is quite convenient and saves the considrable cost of eating out (as long as you are content to have but one choice). The hotel is an excellent value, considering how expensive Norway is. The room we were in was nicely furnished, though facing the street and a little noisy. We would definitely stay at this hotel again if we ever return to Oslo. |

Central, close to the main station and harbor. The hotel offers a light dinner, good, because very high prices in the restaurants. It's a good 3 star hotel, but never a four star hotel: very small rooms, 2 qm bathrooms and no service during the breakfast or the light dinner. You have to clean up your table for yourself. |

Availablity of free tea, afternoon waffles, evening meal. Noisy location and very poor lighting in rooms. Room sat front have planty of light but suffer from a very noisy dual carriageway outside. Inner rooms have no natural light and the electric light was so dim it seemed like permanent night time. Also poor atention to detail in food facilities. Only one sugar bowl between all customers which frequently ran out. Hot water for tea wasn't boiling so tea not pleasant. Room had tea facilities bu the supplies weren't topped up each day -we had to bring milk and teabgs up from downstairs ourselves. |

It was good value close to the city centre and easy access to railway, by two overbridges via the Opera House. It has a free afternoon/evening meal. |

The hotel was very comfortable, with some interesting pieces of furniture in both the rooms and the public areas and decor that was rather less bland than in most chain hotels. Having tea and coffee constantly available was very welcome, as was the complementary evening buffet, given the heart-stopping prices of restaurants in Oslo. The staff were charming and helpful and the hotel's location, just a few minutes walk from the railway station, was very convenient. The dining room and the floor on which we were staying were being redecorated during our stay. This caused a bit of noise and disruption. |

the upgrade to our room was the only good thing, Agnotha and Gesa were wonderful beyond all odds with the mess they had to deal with upon check i our room was discovered to have been given to some one else, the next room was not atll acceptable construction at door, hall amess, no carpet, smell of paint , adhesives, all matters concerning construction, impossible to breath air, finally shown a good roomupgrade at no additional cost. therest of the hotel was in shambles, litlle to no lobby, dinning room was a barren ugly make do room due to renovation as well. was never advised of limits of hotel nor was it reflected in cost. if not for the upgrade and help by Gesa and Agnotha we would have only been happy to go elsewher exept arrival was at 23:00 |

Coffee and waffles available all the day. The light free buffet for dinner is quite correct and very convenient when you do not want to go away. This hotel is very close to a highway. My room was very noisy. Those of my colleagues too. I used my ear stopper but it was not sufficient. I could hear the trafic!!! I advise you to ask for a quiet room. It seems to me unacceptable to find out a four stars hotel having rooms which are not insulated. |

It was an amazing hotel. Some of the friendliest staff I have ever encountered. A very cozy interior, with a free tea/coffee machine - guests welcome to use at any time. The hotel also allows guests to make waffles between 15:00 an 18:00, which is definitely the first time I encountered something like this! The hotel could do with robes and slippers. |

This is an absolute gem and a bargin in an expensive city, my girfriend and I have just returned and were almost going to change hotel after reading reviews describing the area as being like a red light district. I'm so glad we didn't as this is a major exageration in our weekend here we seen nothing of the sort and never felt anxious or uneasy walking back to the hotel at night. |

Im Clarion Bastion werden im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen Hotels in Oslo ein Frühstück und ein leichtes Abendbrot (beides in Preis enthalten) mit angeboten. Hotels in Oslo sind generell ziemlich teuer, so auch dieses. |
