Children and extra beds
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged NOK 100.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged NOK 250.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

The best location in the city, good view, big comfort room. Empty mini-bar, old and dirty furniture and decoration. This hotel is only 3 stars, not more. |

Location right on the water. Easy to walk around. Reasonable choice over breakfast; helpful staff in reception to arrange everything. The room was tired in décor; dirty floor; leaking bath taps and broken bath plug meant bath full and almost flooding etc. Signs of neglect overall or just a room needing attention? We told reception who were keen to address the problems. Breakfast was OK but rather overwhelmed with coach parties which is not what we expected in a hotel branding itself at the top end. |

Habitaciones amplias, luminosas. Merienda y cena incluidos en el precio de la habitación, aunque no muy variados. Si vas con bebes las cunas, que cuestan unos 25 euros, no tienen colchón. En su defecto te dan una colcha para que la utilices como colchón. Zona ruidosa de bares. |

La location sul porto e l'arredo interno dell'hotel. Nonostante la categoria alta considero molto positiva la cortesia e l'approccio informale ma non per questo poco professionale del personale di staff. Nel prezzo è anche compresa un'ottima cena a buffet. Internet point gratuito |

удобное расположение отеля в центре города. Не очень хорошый завтрак. А также не смогли расчитаться за услуги пластиковой картой VISA, как объяснили в отеле по причине, возникшей проблемы с картой. Пришлось расчитаться в Евро по очень невыгодному курсу. При проверке в ближайшем банке карта оказалась в полном порядке. |

スタッフの対応は良かった。ブッリッゲン地区、ショッピング街にも徒歩５分で行けて便利。エアポートバスの- 停留所へも徒歩約5分。 海側とそれ以外の部屋では部屋からのビューがまるきり違うので予約時に確認する必要が有る。 シーサイドビューの部屋に泊まりたかったが予約サイトの中で明確になっていなかった（リクエスト出来るよう- に） |

Мансардный этаж и вид на фьорд Помыть окна и уволить девушку, которая работала 14 июня, крайне не приветлива и необязательна, в номере было одно полотенце, второе она несла 5 часов! Чаще проветривать помещение, очень плохой запах во всем отеле. |

Très bel hôtel avec un excellent emplacement dans la ville d'alesund 'directement sur le port. Très grande chambre .petit déjeuner buffet, gaufres au gouter ainsi qu'un buffet au diner le tout inclus dans le prix de la chambre.un sauna est à la disposition des "guests" |
