No English signs in the entire hotel, falsely advertised free parking (there are only 6 spots, which are always occupied), poor English skills of the staff, poorly maintenance rooms, and hygienic issues in the sauna ("spa") and at the buffet.

Staff sought to please at all times. Great idea having an evening buffet and afternoon tea/coffee at no extra charge . Hotel web site states free parking but truth is there is very limited free parking then it public pay parking nearby.

Delicious breakfast and dinner was okay too. I really like that it is included in the stay because as a business traveller it's very convenient. Friendly, smiling staff (which is a rarity in Norway).

Det var stort sett bra . Hotellet hadde ikke åpnet mailen fra dere , så dem hadde ikke reservert rom slik dem skulle gjøre. Vi fikk ikke det rommet vi skulle . (skuffende) Hadde jeg ikke dobbeltskjekket, hadde vi ikke fått noe rom.

Hotellet ligger sentralt I Skien. Hadde rom, med utsikt over vannet med fontener og brygga med koselig folkeliv. Enkel og grei bufet på kveld og god frokost. Må belage seg på å betale for parkering da hotellet disponerer få plasser

Avslappende opphold,,fikk smake på alt det måtte by på.. Meget fornøyd med det,, har kun vært her I jobbrelaritert over mange døgn og uker..mor skulle bestemme vårt opphold så ble meget fornøyd med hennes valg må jeg si hehe. Dere er helt klart anbefalt hos oss I crawford og familie.. På mat og sørvis er dere totalt best..nydelig... Avsutter med å ta av hatten for dere.. Som bruker og forhåpentilg storbruker av dere må jeg nevne en heller skuffende mottagelse da vi ankommet hotellet. Personen hadde ikke intresse av dem spørsmålene vi hadde ang barn på rom og betaling over nett, ville gjerne legge fram flere spørsmål, men lot det være..all varme til dere uansett,, dette retter nok dere opp vil jeg tro.

Vi likte at det var med både kveldsmat og frokost med i rom prisen,maten var bra.Et minus var at det var for få parkerings plasser ved hotellet,spa avdelingen var også stengt.ellers bra

J'ai reservé cet hotel pour son sauna, jacuzzi, bain Turc ... et quand j'ai demandé pour les utiliser on m'a repondu qu'ils ne fonctionnaient pas. Dans le prix de la chambre est inclu le diner, peu de chose en entrée et un plat principal, vous aimez c'est bien sinon tant pis. Pas de confiture au petit dejeuner. On entend aussi son voisin de chambre au téléphone comme si il etait dans la votre.

Belligenheten samt gratis vafler og kveldsmat. Mye støy samt knakking på døra I ett sett fra yngre ungdom på hotellet. Hotellet klarte ikke å ta tak I dette, tross gjentatte klager.
