I have double write-off from a card the visa for residing at hotel.

We thought the hotel very conveniently located ( for the Railway Station, sightseeing and the Opera House) and most helpful staff and made for a very pleasant stay. The rooms were a bit dark but well laid out and everything worked well and the complimentary teas and supper were very much appreciated. Coming from England we found the exchange rate unbelievably unfavourable in Oslo with skyhigh prices so this was welcome .

The location, wonderful rooftop terrace and buffet breakfast and dinners

Problems will air conditioning, very warm room, during an unexpected heat wave.

Obligatory airconditioning (always too noisy at night); no possibility to open windows for fresh air

The breakfast is good and there is free coffee/tea at the reception/lobby area but other than that I would not recommend this hotel.

Checked into the hotel at 11pm after a long day travel from Bergen and the last thing we want to do is to shower and go to bed straight but only we discovered that the room was only equipped with 1 pillow,1 towel and no tissue though we have booked the room for 2 persons. My husband have to phone the reception desk for 5 times before someone could attend to him. As for the room, it was so small and there isn't any space for our luggage (we have only 2 cabin bags), just couldn't imagine other guests with bigger luggage. We have to place our luggage on the floor and this make it difficult to manoeuvre and the room is so dark with very deemed lighting. The worst you could imagine is that the loud noise from the club that disrupt your sleep after a long journey (though we are on 5th floor but it was really loud). The noise did not stop till 2am!!! Besides, the room has only 1 window and it is not possible to open up the curtain in the morning because the room is overlooking some other rooms which can be easily look into by the opposite room and also those living above us with balcony. We paid £180 a night and it is really not worth the money. All in all, we are very dissapointed with this hotel and will not go back again.

It was the first time that the hotel I booked via Internet was better in the reality than at the photos... Very good jop. You feel that you are at home... The design of this hotel was excellent. The room was very classy, clean and cozy!!! The staff was very friendly ! Everything was perfect...

Staff at the reception is helpful and friendly. Room is okay. Breakfast as good as in 5 star hotels I have stayed in. The hotel is only a corner from the central railway station.

The breakfast is only from 8am. It was too late for me.

nice staff ,big bathroom, tasty breakfast and evening buffet, free internet, good design.. what else do you need... :)

The breakfast buffe was one of the best ever experienced. The gym was clean with hogh-tech machines.

The room was quite small with too little space for hanging the clothes. The evning meal was ok, but with small adjustments it would have been so much more valuable.

The evening meal is simple but sufficient. The breakfeast is very good. The room was nice.

A well appointed room with an expensive dinner included.

The room faced the main road, noisy and air con noise added to it.

Very nice and neat. Location was perfect, easily accessable by foot from the train/bus station. Room was quiet and clean. Nothing to complain. Staff was very nice and helpful : Asked for an extra cushion for the extra bed and it was only 5minutes that the room service re-made the bed with extra matress. :) Breakfast was excellent but the dinner was not the best. Very salty and not a lot of options. But it was still a nice difference. Dinner room was quite small and therefore crowded.

A couple of very bright light spots in the room ( eg. to show where the light switch for toilet is) that bothered the light sleepers.
