Ottimo hotel ; la light dinner è una cena , se si hanno bambini Mc Donald si trova a 10 metri dall'Hotel. Sempre disponibili bevande calde, frutta e dolce nel pomeriggio.Ottima Palestra. Ritorneremo.

La gentilezza dello staff, internet gratuito e il buffet serale compreso nel prezzo.

Mi è stata addebitata sulla carta di credito una cifra superiore rispetto al costo del soggiorno. Mi hanno detto che è solo a titolo di garanzia e che mi sarà restituita. è la prima volta che mi succede e non capisco il motivo.

Posizione comoda.

Breakfast top, room very clean and cosy. Free internet. Good location in the center and very close to the train station.

A great breakfast in a amazing restaurant. The design of the Hotel is very good, very modern and confortable. Loved de (standard) room, lot of space and with everything you need, and loved specially the heated bathroom floor. Great evening meal in a very pleaseant lounge area, the weather wasn't that great but having the meal in the terrace sounds really good. It is right in the city centre just less then 5 minutes walk from central station (train to airport). The Folktheater passage was several good restaurants and it is in a nice area.

Didn't like not being able to control room temperature, it was set for 23ºc and we weren't able to turn it off, so we woke every day with a sore throat. There was fire alarm at 3 am and we had to evacuate the hotel, the fire departmente got ther quickly but the hotel staff wasn't at the standard they should be they only tried to keep the calm but they didn't do the rigth procedures in case of fire. One of the emergency exits had something covering the lock so we had to escape by the parking. It was an false alarm and everybody returned to the rooms. This episode doesn't stained the good image of the Hotel and the great day we had. I still recomended it as one of the best in the city.

The hotel is really excellent! I really appreciated its original style, some little details which add charm to the place and a huge bed. The location is perfect, it's close to everything: 5 minutes to the central station (but not in that proximity which makes you feel you unsafe as it usually happens when the station is near), about 10 minutes to the splendid Opera House, 5 minutes to Karl Johans gate - the central street of Oslo. The food is very good. The evening meal is sufficient and tasty. My room was extremely quiet facing the inner courtyard (no view, though). The breakfast room in the morning turns into a restaurant in the evening but at any time is tastefully decorated with burning candles. There's a computer in the lobby with Internet and you can print you boarding pass, for example. Free tea/coffee in the lobby and an iron in your room.

There are some things which could be improved. There's no safe in the room; the temperature control could be more flexible (I wasn't able to make it higher than 23 degrees), the light in the bathroom makes you think you look horrible. And one more suggestion: in winter and on rainy autumn and spring days it would be logical to put a kind of tray for boots not to make the entrance to your room look dirty and in need of cleaning. But anyway, the hotel is really worth the money and is a great impression by itself.

The breakfast buffe was one of the best ever experienced. The gym was clean with hogh-tech machines.

The room was quite small with too little space for hanging the clothes. The evning meal was ok, but with small adjustments it would have been so much more valuable.

Free coffee 24 hrs, free buffet dinner (altough one can say included in the rather expensive room price). Quality of the bed was good. Good location in the centre.

Small rooms with no view: was located on the backside overlooking walls. Was only well cleaned when we arrived but for the expensive price we paid you can expect at least to have the floor wiped everyday which was not done, missing toiletpaper. Guy at the reception in the morning was not friendly when we checked out. Would not go back there.
