Nous avons apprécié l'accueil, la réactivité, et le buffet (diner léger est en fait à volonté) quelques points négatifs, la chambre réservée pour deux n'était préparée que pour une personne + la porte donnant sur la salle de bain/ wc est transparente visible depuis la chambre |

la situation (centre historique), la décoration et l'immeuble dans lequel est construit l'hotel, le sauna - hammam, l'en-cas dinatoire et le petit déjeuner compris dans le prix. Le personnel du desk un peu mou et pas très pro, l'entretien perfectible du sauna - hammam (pas d'eau dans le sauna, pas de peignoirs à disposition), le prix, assez cher alors que basse saison, mais c'est cher partout en Norvège!. |

Nice staff, ready to help. Modern design, not only in the common area but also in the room. Quite room. Service; free buffet in the evening (no need to look for a restaurant), relax area (sauna, fitness), free W-LAN (ask scratch card at the reception). No swimming pool (minor issue) |

Very central location close to shops and places of interest, airport bus stop is 10 meters from the hotel. Room was spacious and attractively decorated Room on the first floor above the main entrance was noisy on occasion during the night |

The location of the hotel is excellent for airport transfers and general sight seeing. The hotel also has a very nice touch with the afternoon waffles and coffee. An extremely pleasant weekend in a excellent city. The heating was difficult to understand and we spent the first evening in extremely high temperatures |

Good Location, cleanliness of the hotel, half -board with still that price is very good specially if you compare the price with the hotel next door which is SAS scandic even they have a facility of a pool & sauna. |

Location. You can go to every interesting place on foot. Bus station to the airport is in front of the hotel. At breakfast, the hotel needs more personnels. I had to wait for coffee, orange juice and dish to be prepared. |

It has the best location in Bergen and a superb overall decoration and style The kitchen services needs improvement...understaffed and desorganased, it becomes chaotic at peak hours |

The rooms are perfectly isolated. Centrally located The breakfast is the same than the diner. Anything suit in the morning. If you need soap or shampoo, you have to pay (it is supposed to be a 4 star hotel!!! |

Location Email (Yahoo & Google) did not work on hotel computers. Price but hotels and food was very very expensive in Norway. 4 times what we pay in USA. |
