The free evening meal was very welcome and obviously I did not have to spend a lot of money eating out in expensive restuarants. I have no complaints. |

In fact a nice hotel close to the city centre. Unfortunately there was a lot of noise and people in the corridor in the middle of the night / early in the morning. Loud talking / slammimg doors. |

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly from the moment that the booking was made. They were very welcoming and helpful when we arrived and made us feel very welcome with our children aged 3, 2 and 1. The rooms are a good size and very clean. The buffet breakfast and complimentary evening buffet were exceptional. Highly recommended to anyone wanting a central hotel with very reasonable rates |

position of the hotel is just perfect, hotel staff is very nice, room was very nice and comfortable only bathroom is little bit small. light dinner is included in price and that is very nice and create a good added value. |

The location ia excellent. The staff at the reception was very helpful. The single room is very small. Suitable for persons who do not spend much time in the room and who travel light (no cupboard, no shelves). |

The central position The evening light dinner was of a very poor standard.There was little choice and little quantity compared to the Clarion Gabelshus where we stayed two weeks ago.Also at breakfast on the Sunday a coach party filled the restaurant and we waited thirty minutes for a table and then had to clean it as there were only two staff who were overwhelmed. |

The hotel is located centrally & close to the National Theatre (walk down 2 blocks), Central Station (3 stops on Tram #18), Harbour (Radhus is 5 min walk). Light Evening Meal is good and not just 'light'. Breakfast spread is good & they server you hot fried eggs. Recommended for family. You can buy Oslo Pass from the hotel. A number of eating joints close by. |

Friendly staff. Central location. Nice loft lounge open to all including evening snack. Unfortunate that the lift was being renovated, however it didn't spoil the stay. |

Vriendelijke receptie medewerksters Hotel omschrijft zich als zakenhotel. Het ontbijt begint vanaf 7 uur, waardoor ik er niet gebruik van kon maken. Had een hotelkamer die klaarblijkelijk niet gerenoveerd is, vreselijk ouderwets ingericht. Deze lag ook aan de straatkant waar de tram ging, en omdat het erg warm was (28graden) en geen airco moesten de ramen wel open om een licht briesje nog voor een beetje verkoeling te laten zorgen. Ik heb echt absoluut niet lekker geslapen. |

Ottima posizione. Buona colazione con salmone, uova, pancetta ... Colazione senza dolci (talvolta cornetti). Spesso la porta della camera non si chiudeva bene. |

Vooral de locatie is geweldig: 2 minuten lopen naar de Karl Johann (grootste winkelstraat), 3 minuten lopen naar het paleis, 4 minuten lopen naar de haven. Omdat het in een zijstraat van de Karl Johann is, is het toch lekker rustig. Verder prima schoon en aardig personeel. |

De receptioniste zag dat we 9 nachten zouden blijven en bood ons spontaan een ruimere kamer dan de kleine kamer die voor ons gereserveerd was. Dit aanbod hebben we van harte geaccepteerd.Zo ook de mog.heid om gebr.te maken van gratis lichte avondmaaltijd. Het schoonmaken van de kamer en badkamer gebeurde met de Franse slag. |
