You should advertise that the shuttle bus costs 70 NOK per person each way rather than just advertising that there is a shuttle bus. In many countries the shuttle is provided free of charge. This all adds to the cost of the accommodation

It surpriced us that we had to pay 70,- Nkr pp for the bus to the airport for 6 minutes ride!!!

The room was pretty nice. And there was a bathtub.

The price was too high for the services you get... But if you remember, that it is Norway - it is not bad at all. But the transfer to Gardermoen could be free of charge - otherwise, what is the point in using this hotel, if the transfer from Gardermoen costs 10 euro one way?

Airport hotel, easy and frequent transport to & from the airport, Lovely breakfast, friendly atmosphere. Best value for money, for an overnight stay.

one of the worst hotels ever. Shame for 4-star hotel to be that bad: unclean and cramped rooms, zero sound-proof, poor breakfast, slow and incompetent staff etc. etc.

The buffet is a total ripoff, I definitely recommend eating somewhere else or from the a la carte menu. Th shuttle was 70nok per person which I find surprising since you don't usually pay for airport shutle (in Canada anyway) but I saw after that it's a shuttle for all the hotels. I think airport shuttles should be free since you are paying to be "at" the airport. We just decided to keep our rental car longer it was cheaper for us that way.

Nice and clean hotel.

Room is not cleaned every day. It is only about 2 Km from the Airport however the shuttle bus charges are 70 nok which is fairly high.Shuttle bus frequency is 30 minutes as against 15 minutes available with other hotels in the vicinity. There are no restaurants around the hotel hence you do not have any choice of food.

Great place to overnight for the airport. Staff was very helpful with any questions. Shuttle or taxi easily to airport. Everything you need is at the hotel.

The price was in our budget.

The restaurant staff put us in a dark room, alone, without windows although there were plenty of tables free by the windows. We asked to change table but it was no. The reason was that the staff "wanted to have control over the guests". And it is not really an airport hotel - quite far from the airport and you have to pay for the shuttle that brings you there.

I chose this Hotel because it was a good price for 1 night. That was exactly what I need because in next day I was going to Geneve. I like evrthing in this place, hotel staff, food, design, atmosphere. Even it's located near the aiport you would not hear any noise. Room is clean, bed very comfortable. Price in bar was not so high as I expected. Breakfast was quite good: fruits, musli, several sort of cheese and ham and so on. There were enough food to please different wishes of customer.

There is no direct transport to the Center. You have to go to the Airport and find a bus to the center. That is quite expensive. Both ways cost 45 euro

Nice and round staff. Ok price. Good breakfast. Clean rooms. Nice rooms. Good information in the rooms.
