I emailed the hotel twice 2 weeks prior to departure to confirm the booking was still ok - I did not receive a response to either. When we arrived in oslo I got the receptionist to ring the Clarion to once again try and confirm we still had a room for 5 nights hence. The Clarion did not know anything about the booking but fortunately they had a spare room for the same price that we had booked 12 months previously

Very friendly and helpful staff, as well as an excellent breakfast. The fact that the shuttle to and from the airport cost $15 for a 2.5 mile drive.

Room was very comfortable and staf were very helpful. There was excellent transport ot and from airport . Hotel was used between flights and for this purpose was just right I havew no complaints and all staff were happy and helpful

Very good breakfast. Decent room. Friendly staff. You will need another 70kr per person for the shuttle from the airport to the hotel. And it does not run 24 hrs. I wouldn't have booked this hotel if the entire Oslo has run out of hotel rooms. I think the hotel is only good for business travellers.

Hyggelige og romslige værelser. Restaurant og morgenbuffe meget bra. Meget fornøyd med bestilling av spesialtidbud med overnatting ,parkering og transport til flyplass.

Hei.Vi overnattet kun en natt for å ta et tidlig fly fra Gardermoen neste morgen, så jeg har ikke så mye inntrykk av hotellet. Men det jeg så og opplevde var utmerket. Veldig god komfort. Flott hotell.

Rimelig tilbud for oss som skulle ha et rom natten før flytur fra Gardermoen (med overnatting + parkering + shuttelbuss til flyplassen for 990,-) Kronglete med hensyn til shuttle-busse at man måtte oppgi booking-nummer til sjåføren og at sjåføren måtte notere (og ble stressa). Det hadde vært enklere å kunne levere noe billettaktig.

Sengene var veldig gode Vi kom kl ett om natten og booket greit inn. Men på rom 3420 (tror det var det) sto vinduet på vid vegg. Låsemekanismen i håndtaket var ødelagt så vinduet lot seg ikke lukke skikkelig. Den nederste "tappen" under vinduet stod ute og lot seg ikke rikke. Vi vurdert og gå ned og be om nytt rom. Men valgte heller å presse vinduet slik at den øverste tappen låste med den følge at vinduet sto litt på gløtt og på morgensiden ble det litt støy fra buss og fly

El hotel es de buena calidad, la atencion fue buena y las instalaciones comodas Queda muy alejado de la ciudad, y no muy cerca al aeropuerto, ademas ne la pagina promocionan el transporte del hotel al aeropuerto sin costo y esto no es cierto, es el m ismo transporte para todos los hoteles y es realmente costoso

Vi overnattet, skulle med fly tidlig dagen etter. Det var kjempebra med frokost grytidlig på morgenen (natta). Vi parkerer bilen på Dalen parkering og da ligger hotellet veldig bra til. Vi er veldig fornøyd med oppholdet. Hilsen Kari Jeg var fornøyd
