la situación, en relación a la estación central, la vista des la habitacion, el desayuno Que para limpiar el cristal de una habitación, que se abre hacia dentro y no reviste ningún peligro, se tenga que esperar a la empresa que limpia los exteriores; restandole así calidad a la habitación. |

La habitación, muy confortable. Decidieron hacer obras en el atrio donde normalmente se sirve el desayuno y lo trasladaron a una habitación muy sombría y desangelada que ni siquiera estaba decorada para Navidad. Deberían avisar de estos cambios ya que yo reservé este hotel precisamente porque los desayunos estaban tan bien servidos y en un sitio tan espectacular. Ya había estado en enero del 2008 y me había encantado. |

su ubicacion enfrente de la estacion y terminal autobuses.la habitacion era doble estandar desayuno algo tarde si tienes de coger un tren a las ocho hacia bergen los sabados y domingos es a partir de las 7,30 |

Location is very convenient, staff were very helpful, the bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was fantastic! The bathrooms did not have any shampoo, body lotion, etc. |

You get what you excpect. No surprises good or bad. I didn't like the fire alarm that woke me up at 3 in the morning. Eneded up being a false alarm, so all good in the end. |

If I come to Oslo again, I would stay in this hotel. :) They charged the whole expenditure on my credit card more before I checked out. This was not grace. I think, they can overcome this lack of confidence. |

The staff in the reception were excellent. So was also the room cleaner the day she cleaned our room. Very positive person. It was remarkable to find the breakfast lounge being vacuum cleaned while the guests were still finishing the breakfast on 31st January. |
