palvelu oli hyvää ja huoneetkin ihan mukavia hotellilla ei ole omaa parkkia ja parkkeeraus maksaa noin 40 euroa vuorokausi ja taitaa vielä tulla alv päälle eli noin 50 euroa/vrk !!!!! |

Aamupala oli tosi hyvä. Hotellilla on aivan mahtava keskeinen sijainti! Ei vois olla parempi! Kuntosali oli pettymys, toinen treadmill oli rikki ja laitteita oli tasan kuntopyörä ja treadmill. Huoneeni lämmitys ei toiminut ja oli tosi kylmä. Täytyi pyytää extra peitto respasta. |

Breakfast spread was reasonable. Reception area reasonably well decorated, and availibility of use of computers/internet. Dirty/stained carpet in the bedrooms, old bathrooms, smelly bedroom - all in all poor cosmetic renovation and horrible room service food - ordered pasta which was soggy and tasteless. Breakfast area also not very clean. |

We arrive more early than we espect (6 am) and the reception staff do the check in and gives us the room. It was very significative for us. Big room and good bathroom. Excelent breakfast. We stay surprised for the enormous delay (20 mnts) of the chief waiters to give us a table (they have many in that time...) in the restaurant (even if there are groups...). It was necessary the other waiters call his attention. |

downtown Oslo location, close to shopping, train and airport. Good buffet breakfast included, but we felt the furnishings could be in better shape considering room rate. old furnishings. Serious lack of bathroom amenities provided; Bathroom should be upgraded. |

Location is very convenient, staff were very helpful, the bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was fantastic! The bathrooms did not have any shampoo, body lotion, etc. |

You get what you excpect. No surprises good or bad. I didn't like the fire alarm that woke me up at 3 in the morning. Eneded up being a false alarm, so all good in the end. |

If I come to Oslo again, I would stay in this hotel. :) They charged the whole expenditure on my credit card more before I checked out. This was not grace. I think, they can overcome this lack of confidence. |

The location city center and close to train/bust station That all facilities mentioned on the website have been out of service; during this time of the year when outdoor attractions of the city are also limited, the hotel couldn't bring any excitement |
