hotel tres bien situé, proche de la gare, du metro et du centre ville. petit dejeuner copieux.

Si vous voulez utiliser le spa, n'y aller pas entre noel et le 1er janvier, car il est fermé (et ce n'est precisé nul part)

Excellente situation, très centrale donc très pratique. Petit déjeuner buffet remarquable, qualité, variété, quantité: parfait Chambre confortable mais donnant sur l'atrium intérieur

sauna et bains turcs : Hors Service, piscine : un petit bassin circulaire qu'on peut difficillement qualifier de piscine. chauffage de la chambre trop poussé , réglage inoppérant. presse-pantalon mal fixé au mur.Entretien global à améliorer.

Sa situation géographique

Cher vis à vis de la qualité de l’hôtel, ne correspond pas aux nombre d'étoiles indiquées. Petit déjeuner pantagruélique mais qualitativement moyen ( ils ne savent même pas faire cuire un œuf au plat ).

Conception de l'hôtel.

Aucun entretien de cet hôtel. Absence totale de propreté que ce soit au niveau des chambre qu'au niveau du restaurant et des halls. Parking indiqué comme privé alors qu'il s'agit d'un parking public avec horodateur qu'il convient de régler préalablement et de renouveler l'opération chaque 24 heures. Attente importante pour avoir une table pour le petit déjeuner, l'accueil consistant uniquement à demander le numéro de chambre. Aucune aide de la réception lors de la survenance d'un problème.

Very little value for money. I expect way more from a 4-star hotel. Tiny room Poor cleaning Cold room (they had to provide me with a portable heater) Noisy room due to the tram Poor interiors in the bathroom

The Spa-area was cold and noisy (and full of kids in the evening) and not very comfortable at all. The mens sauna wasnt turned on.

I stayed in this hotel to celebrate a New Year and to go than for skiing in Hemsedal. The location is excellent if you need to stay as near to the railway staytion as possible. So it takes you 30 minutes to get to the airport from this hotel by train. At the other hand, the hotel is very near to all sightseeings in the center and main shopping streets. I enjoyed very delicious breakfasts, they even have on sundays breakfasts till 12. I also liked the design of the room and recreation area with sauna and swimming pool.

The only thing that I didn't like that the swimming pool is very small, so it is not for people who like to swim a lot.

Excellent breakfast buffet.

Restaurant closed, excessive priced for what it is.

Location is perfect if you want to be close to Oslo Central Station and Bus Terminal. Superior rooms are lovely with wonderful beds and spacious bathrooms. An outstandig breakfast buffet.

The key system!

The location just near the central station and karl Johan is great. Fabulous buffet for breakfast!

If you want to sleep early you'll be a bit disappointed since live music gors on and on and on...and can be heard well in the rooms

The hotel is located very near to the Train Central Station. Convenient and easy to travel to places of interest.

I was charged for my booking (21 Oct 2011) on 27 Sep 2011 by the hotel. I checked-in at the hotel on 21 Oct 2011, the front desk staff told me that she couldn't locate my booking and then she created my booking as new and then asked for my credit card for charging. I told them that what- if I were to be charged for the purported lost booking by them, she said the computer system is smart enough to detect that and I will not be double- charged. When I review my credit card statement after my return to Singapore, I found that I was charged on 27 Sep and 22 Oct for my one night stay on 21 Oct 2011. This is unacceptable. I wrote to the hotel for refund. They have not replied. For this reason, until they reply, I will not recommend this hotel to other travellers.

Location to train station, appearance and condition of the hotel

Booking.com overview of this hotel said that it had a/c! It did not! We were high enough up (heat rises) that it was too warm in the room.
