The brilliant atmosphere Good food. Flexibility
The staff were very helpful and very friendly. The hotel was comfortable, welcoming and clean. Just off the main shopping area and not too far a walk to the Olympic stadium and park. Food was great and hotel has its own bar. Tea, coffee and waffles in the afternoon were amazing. We would recommend this hotel for value, comfort and friendliness and will definitely stay here again when we return to Lillehammer. A big thank you to all the staff for a very pleasant stay.
ROOM WITH EVENIG MEAL
A nice and very friendly staff.
Staff was so friendly and helpful. Buffets had something for everyone in. Very accommodating to my sister with celiac disease.
Thought it indicated that it was across from the train station. It wasn't. Walk wasn't terrible, but farther than we expected.
The lobby looked nice. I liked the hotel room and the staff. The possibility to make waffles and have coffee was great.
The staff or the website should show clearly how guests can find the hotel and the garage. The building was too close to other buildings that look more like the hotel from the picture on the web. In addition the GSP directs you to an other location so when you contact the hotel the staff should be trained to tell the guest EXACTLY how to get there and to find the garage. They run out of smoked salmon - only for one of us. If they have a dish it should be for the entire meal. Cold meatballs are not good even if they are prepared with sauce and spices.
This hotel is nice but nothing special. Although it's pretty basic, the rooms are comfortable and clean. It's in a good, downtown location so easy walking to all the sights except the Olympic arena which is a bit of a hike up the hill.
Stylish small boutique hotel excellent location on main Street Very nice common areas Food breakfast exceptional can even make own omlettes etc- apples tea cofee always available and a very pleasing eating room Cofee machine makes teeny cups could use an upgrade Sauna needs hooks near shower for towels and basket for dirty towels They were very a comodating to my bring a bike to room GREAT place for cyclists a neaby garage has hose to wash bikes
Room needs alternative blankets quilts are too hot Asked but no alternative available
All inclusive rate with buffet available after arrival. Young lady on reception was outstanding.
Clean, modern, comfortable beds, friendly and helpful staff, great location. Included with our room was a very good evening buffet and morning breakfast. Close to restaurants and shopping.
Good Location close to city center. Friendly and professional staff. Nice breakfast, waffles and dinner.
Too warm in the rooms at night due to high surrounding temperatures during the day.
Very good service. Nice and smiling staff!
Waffles and coffee at 3.
Rather thin towels
We booked a room with double bed and even wrote a short email with this request 3 months in advance. When we arrived no double room was avaible. Hotel staff was unhelpful and shown extreme disrespect.
As food in Norway is so expensive it was great to stay in an hotel where this was included in the price - breakfast, dinner, waffles for afternoon tea and 24 hour self service coffee bar. The room was a good size, the bathroom lovely, a proper shower door instead of a curtain. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I was able to print out papers I needed for further travel at no cost. WiFi was free and worked well. The hotel was centrally located in the main street next to the shopping area, 20 minutes walk from the 2 attractions we wanted to visit - Maihuagen and the Olympic Museum. Parking was available at extra cost but meant we could park up for the 2 days we were there.
Easy to find, parking in front of the hotel.
Hotel is outdated. Rooms old fashioned. No air condition - very hot in the summer. Breakfast is average but evening buffet was terrible - very poor choice and the food wasn't tasty.
Like everywhere in Scandinavia this property was highly priced for what you received. The room itself was nothing spectacular and was dated and needed a paint.
Nice location that was comfortable with parking. Food included in the price (evening buffet & breakfast).
breakfast and dinner very good. good location right in town.staff friendly
Welcoming staff. Good buffet and breakfast
Very welcoming staff. Comfortable and inviting and close to everything. I would definitely go back.
Excellent value! Food, staff, accommodations exceeded expectations.
Breakfast and dinner were well stocked with selection of hot and cold food. Located right in the centre only a stones throw away from everything. Helpful staff
Friendly and helpful staff. Front desk gave us great recommendations for restaurants within walking distances. Great location and quiet as well.
Central location of hotel; delicious dinner and breakfast; nice sauna; nice rooms;
