The room was nice, comfortable and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful A small cupboard or a chest of drawers would be nice to have if you stay for a few days |

Okay hotel. Professionel staff, nice to have access to espresso coffe in the lobby. Good location. Internet included in the price - but using scratch coupons every 4 hours. Make a password for the whole stay. Some small things could help give a better impression. The TV-remote was not working, there was no place to hang your clothes. At least more than one hanger would be nice. The water in the shower was cold, even though it was at max heat - every day. The morning breakfast was below level. Boring dry (norwegian) bread, cheap discount ham etc. |

Hotel is nice, in good position in town. Service ok, breakfast reasonable. Personnel ok. My room was facing the street, and quite noisy even if on 6th floor. It seems that window frames are not sealed. The noise is somehow degrading my evaluation of the room. |

This is a centrally located hotel with warm, very comfortable rooms, escpecially the bed. The breakfast is excellent (continental) and what I like is that newspapers are available at breakfast. |

The receptionist was excellent and very helpful. The hotel is ideally situated for the train station and centre of Oslo. Breakfast was very good. |

I didn't like the location of the hotel or generally this Oslo area around the central station isn't the best... :( The most shocking thing was for me that leaving the hotel, in the morning I have seen druggies taking their drugs just in front of Hotel .... !!! |

Location is excellent. As Thais I find this most important, it allows me to walk everywhere. The lift, you should improve the system of using the key card, sometimes it worked sometimes it refused to.... |

Good quality hotel, excellent location, near the main train station, the opera, and many other strategic locations. Helpful staff. Big variety breakfast. A bit pricey - but then again, that's Norway! |
