Helpful staff, clean public areas and bedroom, nice public areas with free coffee/tea available, easy access to the railway station Very small bedroom with no storage space at all eg. draws, wardrobe etc. The immediate area arround the hotel was visited by drug addicts and round the corner there are 'adult entertainement' clubs. Breakfast was very average and a bit of a scrum but the staff kept everything well stocked. |

Very conveniently located near to the station and good walking distance from the city centre. Rooms and beds very comfortable and staff helpful. Good breakfast. Coffee and tea available all day. Good base for staying in Oslo. Wifi worked in the rooms. Nothing. A good, convenient base for the centre. |

Internet terminal was free, the location convenient, and the best breakfast buffet we had out of four hotels in Norway (even at twice the price). The toilet ran all the time and the bathroom door was missing a screw and came off the hinge retainer when opened. The desk clerk seemed glad to have the problems reported so repairs could be made. |

This was a one night stay which was perfectly pleasant if a little expensive - but that is Norway. Rooms are very comfortable. Staff were pleasant. Bar facility was disappointing. We could not get breakfast as it did not start until 8am and we had to leave at 7.30. |

we were en route to Bergen. The hotel was clean, comfortable and close to the train station with a good smorgasbord breakfast. A suitable place to stay overnight. No cupboard hanging space. |

I liked the place where the hotel is situated, you are really close to the main sights of Oslo. Breakfast is okay but not too exciting. Also free WLAN available (thumbs up!) no place to hang up your clothes! Okay when you are on holidays but not so good for people on business trips. The extra beds tend to break down when you sleep in them (so better book more rooms). All in all, I can recommend the place, however! |
