Close to central train station

the room is small, a little bit noise outside, simple facilities, sample breakfast

The hotel was very clean.

The young lady who was cleaning off the tables at breakfast had a bit of an attitude, not to friendly. This was on Wednesday , May 15th .

The location is very good because it is close from main street of Oslo.

Very convenient location to train station. Simple hotel, but good choice for city trips.

Great location - close to the city center, Opera house, shopping, etc. Good breakfast. Friendly staff.

The facilities are quite old - half broken shower stall, TV remote is hardly working. There is no floor towel - very uncomfortable.

Bright, modern atmosphere. Excellent breakfast. Clean and complete. Excellent location by the train station and the Opera.

Lack of restaurant

Rooms are a good size and very clean. Wifi always works. Breakfasts are great. It feels very modern with up to date technology and a modern style to the reception. Staff friendly and helpful. Easy location, so near to the main station.

The bathrooms could do with updating, they feel a little tired.

The staff is kind in a peculiar style.

I didnt like the bathroom facility, mainly because we shower on the bathroom floor. And the place around, when becomes night it is not recommended for a walk. As well as the central station of Oslo which I must say it seems to be dangerous.

Nearness to tourist sites and harbour

Too simple reception. Breakfast room , design too strict and not coosy enough . Some bad areas were there are people with drug problems and you feel unconfortable to walk in the near.

Easy to get from Oslo S station and very close to city centre.

The breakfast was ok but could be improved, such like having a toaster.

The room had not been cleaned when I checked in. However, they instantly gave me a new room.

had to ask a few times to be upgraded to the superior room booked when we were given a basic double on check in

Staff can be a little new and unsure of technical things like payment and amendments but their good service makes up for it.

This hotel will offer you excelent breakfst. Very quick and easy check in and check out. Free internet. Comfortable room. Close to the bus terminal and station.

It would be great if hotel would offer a sandwich for people checking out very early for the airport/bus terminal. You will get nothing if you leave before breakfst starts.

very easy to access and has all of the facilities that I need in a business hotel. good breakfast, good shower and comfortable bed with a gym and friendly accommodating and helpful staff
