In fact they are renovating the hotel and probably will be fantastic, but the price it is too much in my opinion and the breakfast ins't perfect.

The breakfast and the price is it expensive if you compare with others similar categories hotels, that's why I stay just one night there and change to the other Confort Inn Xpress located in Oslo, close where I was, but for my surprise there it was terrible no breakfast included in the price 680k and no change towels and clean rooms during my stay....in fact it was worse.;

No easy to find as sign just said Comfort Hotel an name of hotel was just on the top of the entrance in a side street so in the dark it was difficult

Clean, quiet, decent-sized room. Good breakfast. Helpful staff. Very good position for central railway station, tourist information office, opera, buses, etc. Price reasonable for Oslo. Ultra-modern computers in lobby for use of guests.

To me, the lobby seemed a bit bleak at first sight, but maybe that was just a cultural difference.

The location is good, which is close to central staion as well as shopping center. The room is a bit small but clean enough. The breakfast is not bad. To sum up, the hotel deserves what I paid.

The TV didnot work because of the plug down...thanks for hotel staff figure it out for me finally. The terrible thing is when I was sleeping in the morning, the another guests open the door and come into my room!!! I was sooooo scared. The staff told me my room was not registered in it's system at all, meaning the room I stayed is empty in hotel's system !!!! I wanted to talk to the manager and was told the manager doesnot work on Sat.and cannot be reached via phone either. Fianlly the 2nd manager explained everything to me but I still cannot understand such kind of mistake made. Have to say this is a horrible thing I never met before.

Being so near the city centre and the Opera house. Availability of a vast selection of warm drinks.

Charging for a phone call that didn't go through.

The breakfast was good, with lots of choice.

The room was cold and a bit grim. You could hear the tram outside while in the room and you could hear other guests.

Good price-performance ratio!

The staff were very helpful and a pleasure to deal with, the breakfast was really lovely, big selection of breads, cereals, a salad bar, eggs, dried fruit, nuts and even a juicer in which you could juice, carrots, oranges, celery, ginger and apples with. There was free wifi throughout the hotel and 4 macs at reception. The had free tea and coffee through out the day in reception which was great to grab one for your journey around Oslo.

The location was excellent. Easy walking distance to the central train station and all other public transport options. The opera house and cathedral were also very close. The breakfast buffet was very good, with wide variety available.

Everythihg was fine.
