Podobalo nam sie to, ze hotel jest w samym centrum miasta, wygodne lozko, serwis, sniadanie, obsluga. Nie podobalo nam sie to, ze nie milismy okna z widokiem na Oslo. Chociaz znamy to miasto dosc dobrze i w zasadzie nie mialo to wikszego znaczenia. |

Central location, very helpfull staff, excellent breakfast, enough space in the room...I got a room on the 8th floor facing the Opera house which enables me a nice look toward the city. The rooms have no closets or drawers, but few hangers. I wish I could have more than 2 hangers. It is ok for one day or two days stay, but if you stay longer, would be great to put your clothes out of the suitcases. |

It was very friendly and i liked the free coffee and tea:) Very useful in such a old country. I liked everything about my stay, the staff where helpful and it helped alot that thier english was so good:) It was also an ideal location for what i needed!!! |

The hotel was well located for access to and from the train and bus station, and only a short walk from the tourist attractions of the city. Offers a great view of the Opera. Staff was helpful and the included breakfast was well appreciated. Easy check out times (14h00) on Sundays. The room temperature was slightly cold and varied during the night. There was no way to set the room temperature from within the room. |

The situation is perfect, just a walk distance from many attractions, right in the city centre. It is located in a quite area as well. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and bed extremly confortable. Everything was fine. It is a bit expensive but it is an average price in Oslo. Breakfast could be a bit more generous. |

Location, very close to the train station 5 mins walk; heated floors in the bathroom; fast free wireless internet;comfortable bed; nice view to opera and bors; nice lobby, free tea/coffee. Our double room on arrival was ''upgraded" to the room for the disabled: dirty old carpet, dirty bathroom - stains on the floor, dirty sink,shower, cracked tiles, antique hairdryer stopped working after a few mins then started again. Bad smell in the room and bathroom. Complained to the reception, we were promised a different room next day as they were overbooked that day or proper cleaning of the room. Room hasn't been cleaned for 3 days of our stay and we didnt get another one. Towels were changed though, but one of the "fresh" towels had a stain on it. The lady receptionist we dealt with was more argumentative than helpful. Sent an e-mail with complaint to the manager 5 days ago haven't heard anything.NOT A value for money! |
