Waffles in the late afternoon was very welcoming and delicious. The location was very nice for sightseeing in Bergen. You could walk about 100 meters and have one of the nicest views of the harbor. I would always appreciate a lower price. And in my case, I was leaving before breakfast and would like to have had a reduced rate. |

The room was very clean and the location of the hotel was perfect as it is very central and lots of attractions were within walking distance. Parking garage was *very* small !! |

The hotel was central and a pleasant place to stay. The room was small but comfortable and clean. Tea and coffee was always available and the breakfast was adequate. |

The hotel was well situated in the city within easy walking distance of the centre and most of the attractions yet far enough from the supposedly "best" area to be very reasonably priced. It was also in a much better loocation for accessing some small, boutique and incredibly good restaurants that were equally good value. The staff looked after us really well. Excellent bathroom and shower. The rather minimalist furnishing of the room resulted in no drawers or shelves (apart from the combined desk, dressing table [no mirror] and TV stand); there was also only a very small wardrobe. |

Comfortable hotel. Any requests were handed properly and in a friendly manner. (although in some cases we should not have had to ask. eg hair dryer was missing / twin beds provided instead of double beds) Without asking us, the reception provided double rooms with twin rooms. On request they immediately provided rooms with double beds though. |

Helpful satff; comfortable room; good location. I got a double room "upgrade" and suspect that a single room would be smaller and would offer less value-for-money. (But, this is Scandinavia) |

Good beds, central location, nice breakfast Very simple rooms with few or no amenities, such as safe, bar or bathroom facilities, but probably in line with Norwegian standards |

Location, large and silent room, good bed, excellent breakfast. It was difficult to get into the shower because of the unlucky structure of the bathroom. The small waste bin spread smell of smoke but this problem was solved by putting it out to the balcony. |

Very good breakfast buffet. Small, but clean room. Nice and helpful man at the reception. No parking facility, but for 100 NOK per day you can park your car nearby. A bit expensive, but then everything in Norway is expensive. |

Breakfast was okay Small room even per european standards, dingy bathroom, cumbersome and hazardous heating oven, shower tiles unevenly laid with sharp corners sticking out, internet scratch cards valid for only 8 hrs |

Located in the heart of Bergen, Rica Hotel Bergen is beautifully situated in the historic brick building of Tornøgården. The modern guest rooms were renovated in 2008 and are now tastefully decorated. |
Stay at walking distance from beautiful Bergen’s main attractions, close to the Torgalmenningen market square, several shops, restaurants, bars and the Edvard Grieg concert arena. |
Combining traditional style and modern design, scattered with original paintings and sculptures by Norwegian artists, gives Augustin Hotel a distinctly personal touch. |
Overlooking the famous Bergen harbor Clarion Hotel Admiral promises an exciting stay while in Bergen. Once a warehouse from the 19th century, the building was transformed into a hotel in 1987. |
