Very nice and rich breakfast - free internet in the lobby - lots of supermarkets nearby - 10 minutes walk from Bryggen

They did not clean the room often - very small bathroom

Really good position, not expensive for a weekend

Location. Near from the center of Bergen (Fishmarket, Central Station, Briggen and so on).

Variety of breakfast. Needs to be improved.

The hotel was nice and the staff was pleasant and competent. However, the room was quite small and the lobby was cramped. The breakfast was excellent.

The room is confortable ,near to all atractions.The breakfast is fine .

When the fire alarm went off, the small bathrooms with limited selection of toiletries and small number of tv channels.

The organisation of the breakfast room was rather chaotic and there were not enough staff on duty to cope with demand at about 9 on a Sunday morning, The food itself was fine.

Quiet, side-street location.

Our room was not clean and we had to switch rooms, ultimately moving to a different hotel. The Comfort Hotel did accommodate our requests for cleaning and assisted in moving to a new hotel. Some guest assistants were more helpful than others. The hotel was a longer walk from Flybuss location than anticipated based on the location shown on the Google map.

The location is fantastic. Short walk to all attractions. View from the room is fantastic, facing the Fløibanen funicular.

When we first checked in, the first thing we discovered is that the room is so stuffy and it smells. The room was poorly ventilated and so we have to open up the window to get rid of the smell. However, we later discovered that the bin was not emptied and on the way out we inform the reception to clear the bin. When we returned, the bin was emptied but the smell still exist and we realized that the smell was from the shower drainage system. The shower was badly maintain, water leaking out from the shower hose and the shower sliding door was dirty. Besides, the room was not properly maintain and very old (on the 7th floor). Really need total refurbishment. Besides, the breakfast has very limited choice and closed at 9.30am which is a bit early.
