Staff were very good with excellent English and very helpful. The room was cramped. The bathroom was so small the shower door wouldn't open without hitting the toilet. |

Lovely well appointed rooms, very handy to the centre of town and the famous Bergen wharf. Also every afternoon from 4-7 you can make your own waffles for free. |

the location of the hotel is good The hotel is not cheep one and we asked in aur booking remarks about parking but they did not have a free parking place free and we had parking only for the second day. On the second day we had to pay 150Kr for the parking for one day. |

Location, atmosphere, employees, breakfast, free internet ... very good for 4 stars but not excellent. Two things: 1) the housekeeper din not clean enough the room (more exactly the carpet)!!!, 2) the receptionist did not provide us with a welcome speech (the breakfast is between..., the coffee and tea is free on the lobby, each day we serve gaufre on the lobby between ..., the internet is free ... otherwise she was very friendly and helpful with us in case that we needed something. |

Everything was so smooth from check-in to check-out. Our room was clean and the hotel was not noisy. Breakfast was nice. Parking space is not available. |

The staff assisted and were responsive and it is not far from the city centre with a remodelled interior. Bar noise travels- Latin night activities were conducted later in hallways making it hard to sleep for travellers. |

The 24 hour coffee self service, the take away breakfast for those who would miss the breakfast if left earlier Too small shower. We booked this hotel cause we saw on your site it was a four star hotel. It turned out to be a three star hotel. |

Waffles in the late afternoon was very welcoming and delicious. The location was very nice for sightseeing in Bergen. You could walk about 100 meters and have one of the nicest views of the harbor. I would always appreciate a lower price. And in my case, I was leaving before breakfast and would like to have had a reduced rate. |

The hotel was well situated in the city within easy walking distance of the centre and most of the attractions yet far enough from the supposedly "best" area to be very reasonably priced. It was also in a much better loocation for accessing some small, boutique and incredibly good restaurants that were equally good value. The staff looked after us really well. Excellent bathroom and shower. The rather minimalist furnishing of the room resulted in no drawers or shelves (apart from the combined desk, dressing table [no mirror] and TV stand); there was also only a very small wardrobe. |

Comfortable hotel. Any requests were handed properly and in a friendly manner. (although in some cases we should not have had to ask. eg hair dryer was missing / twin beds provided instead of double beds) Without asking us, the reception provided double rooms with twin rooms. On request they immediately provided rooms with double beds though. |

Helpful satff; comfortable room; good location. I got a double room "upgrade" and suspect that a single room would be smaller and would offer less value-for-money. (But, this is Scandinavia) |

Beneath the shadow of the Bergen Mountain range as the west coast winds sweep off the sea, this old Hanseatic trading town is the dramatic home to an upmarket boutique hotel. |
This tasteful and elegant hotel is situated on the famous Bryggen in Bergen. The hotel offers spacious and well equipped rooms, all with dark hardwood floors. |
In the famous wharf area next to the cruise ship harbour in Bergen, just a 5 minute walk from the city centre, is Thon Hotel Bergen Brygge. |
Combining traditional style and modern design, scattered with original paintings and sculptures by Norwegian artists, gives Augustin Hotel a distinctly personal touch. |
